This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No. 8/2001 enforcing the Plan for Rural Development - RURIS for the period 2000-2006. Amendments concern composition, duties and competencies of the Fund, entitled to issue financial measures to agricultural Reform; agricultural and environmental measures; reforestation programme, etc.

This Act sets regulations on the monitoring and prevention of the spreading of living organisms and virus in plants and which may damage crop production.

This Act provides definitions and framework for the assessment and management of flood risks from watercourse and lakes with the aim to reducing risks in vulnerable areas.

This Act establishes the Port Authority for Montserrat and defines its functions and powers. The Act also makes provision with respect to compulsory acquisition of land by the Authority and defines certain rules applying to port operations and navigation in ports. Some provisions concern the storage of perishable goods.

The present Regulation is made under the Land Titles Act, 2015. In particular, the Regulation provides for the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. Section 2 establishes that the whole of Yukon is constituted as one registration district to be known as the «Yukon Land Registration District».

This Act provides for — (a) an enabling environment for the development of all aspects of special economic zones including development of integrated infrastructure facilities; (b) the regulation and administration of activities within the special economic zones with due regard to the principles of openness, competitiveness and transparency.

This Act regulates lease of business premises and in particular the relationship between landlord and tenant and public interference in the contractual relationship. "Business" means a trade, an industry, a profession or an employment, and includes any activity carried on by a body of persons, whether corporate or not, but does not include farming on land.

These Regulations prescribe forms for the purposes of various provisions of Part I of the Housing Act 1988 relating to assured tenancies and assured agricultural occupancies.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends 12 points of the Decree establishing details on land registration. In particular it amends part B3, B4, and B5 of the Annex, specifying forms of the inventory of land of different types of ownership.

This Act makes provision for certain procedures and measures in relation to the enforcement of rights on real property relating to debt.

This Act concern environmental assessment as a means to integrating environmental factors into planning and decision making processes in order to promote sustainable development. The Act contains provisions on the projects requiring environmental assessment (sect. 4), on the environmental assessment process (sect. 10), on decisions and appeals against decisions and on dispute settlement.

The purpose of the Act is to promote and facilitate outdoor recreation ensuring Marka's borders and preserve a natural and cultural heritage, as well as sustainability thereof. The geographical area Marka is composed by the following areas: Kjekstad Marka, Vard Åsmarka, Vestmarka Krokskogen, Bærumsmarka, North Marka, Lillomarka, Romeriksåsene, Gjellerås Marka, Østmarka and Sørmarka.
