The purpose of this Government Regulation is to elaborate and clarify the divisions and functions between central and provincial governments.Government authorities which cover policies on national planning and control of macro national development, utilization of natural resources, etc. shall be categorized according to the following sectors: Forestry and Estate Crops Affairs; and Manpower Affairs. Powers and duties of these authorities are defined in the text.
