This Act provides for the registration of physical planners and establishes the Physical Planners Registration Board, which shall be responsible for regulating the activities and conduct of physical planners registered in accordance with the provisions of this Act. It requires the Minister to appoint a public officer as the Registrar of the Board and sets out conditions and qualifications for registration. The Act also provides, among other things, with respect to appeals against decisions of the Board, regulates the practice of physical planners and prohibits unregistered persons to practise as physical planners.
