This Decision amends seven laws including the Law of on Ports, the Law on the Administration of Tax Collection, the Law of on the Prevention and Control of Environment Pollution Caused by Solid Wastes, the Gun Control Law, the Law on Flood Control, the Securities Investment Fund Law, and the Urban and Rural Planning Law.The Decision makes the following amendments on the Law of on Ports: changes to articles 37 on the excavation, blasting or other activities at a port that may endanger the port safety. The Decision makes the following amendments on the Law of on the Prevention and Control of Environment Pollution Caused by Solid Wastes: change to Article 25 on export of solid wastes. The Decision makes the following amendments on the Urban and Rural Planning Law: change to the second paragraph of Article 24 on the requirement regarding to the certified urban and rural planning professionals.
