Regulation on the performance of cadastral work at the ground level determines the content and order of cadastral work for primary registration/renovation of land boundaries, as well as other types of work. It is mandatory for persons performing cadastral work, and for persons who are competent to receive, approve, and register real estate objects. Cadastral work shall be performed for the following purposes: (a) primary registration of land plots; (b) for updating cadastral plans of land (by changing the boundary of the site); (c) representation on the cadastral plan of a part of the land plot; (d) preparation of cadastral documentation for perennial plantations; (e) restoration/transfer of boundaries of land plots; and (f) the final systematization of land management projects. The execution of cadastral work includes the following stages: (a) preparatory work; (b) the establishment of boundaries and the performance of ground-based measurements; (c) data processing, compilation and approval of a geometric plan; (d) compilation of a cadastral work report; (e) acceptance of cadastral work; and (f) issuance of cadastral documentation to the owner. The applicant is given one copy of the report of works and/or special documentation, depending on the purpose of cadastral work.
