The term "moving" is intended in this Act as "with the use of a non-tied fertilizer production right in accordance with provisions of this Act and in deviation of provisions of the Fertilizer Act, move to another location to produce organic fertilizer" (art. 1).
The Statute consists of 109 sections and three Schedules.
Section 2 empowers the Minister of Land Affairs to delegate any power conferred upon him or her by or under a law regarding land matters to a premier or member of the Executive Council of a Province or any officer contemplated in section 1 of the Local Government Transition Act, 1993.
This Act shall not apply to rights and obligations governed by customary law of any person other than the State. This Act shall bind the State (sect. 3).
An Act to make provision for farm business tenancies which begin after 1 September 1995. Section 4 excludes in part the Agricultural Holding Act, 1986 to tenancies covered by the present Act. Sections 5 to 7 provide rules for the termination of tenancies.
