The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

Landlord and Tenant (No. 2) Act (Cap. 162).
This Act makes provision for the payment of compensation for withholding of property by persons acting in collusion with tenants and for the recovery of non-paid rent. The Act also makes provision for the renewal of leases without the surrender of land.
Administration of Estates of Persons of Unsound Mind (Procedure) Rules (S.I. 155—1).
These Rules, made under section 15 of the Administration of Estates of Persons of Unsound Mind, concerns the administration of estates of persons of unsound mind by an appointed manager. The Rules make provision with respect applications for administration, security for the administration of an estate, discharge of a manager, forms and fees.

Organic Law on Provincial Governments and Local-level Governments .
This Act provides with respect to local government in accordance with section 187B of the Constitution, which requires an Organic Law to provide for, or make provision in respect of, the form and the manner of establishment of the Provincial Governments and the Local-level Governments. The system of Provincial Governments established by this Organic Law applies to the government of the National Capital District and the provisions of this Organic Law relating to Provincial Governments apply to the National Capital District.

El presente Decreto reglamenta el subsidio para la compra de tierras establecido en la Ley Nº 1.152 de 2007, que se otorgará por una sola vez a los hombres y mujeres campesinos y a los trabajadores agrarios, que se encuentren en las situaciones previstas en la misma Ley y que se postulen libremente para recibirlo de forma individual o colectiva.
