La presente Resolución reglamenta las estrategias de erradicación y posterradicación de cultivos ilícitos y las medidas de transición económica y social en las zonas con presencia, vulnerabilidad o amenazadas por cultivos ilícitos, en desarrollo de la Política Nacional de Consolidación y Reconstrucción Territorial, y mediante el desarrollo de programas contra cultivos ilícitos (PCI), con el propósito de restituir los derechos de las comunidades con presencia de cultivos ilícitos.

La presente Ley establece los criterios y normas básicas destinados a conservar y mejorar el patrimonio ambiental, proteger la dinámica ecológica, la salud humana, propiciar el uso sustentable de los recursos naturales, recuperar o regenerar los ambientes desertificados y contaminados, asegurando a las generaciones presentes y futuras la conservación de la calidad ambiental y la diversidad biológica, conforme lo establece el artículo 66 de la Constitución Provincial.

For the purpose of the present Act “Flood Agreement” means the agreement concerning the flooding of land concluded between: a) Her Majesty in right of Canada, b) Her Majesty in right of Manitoba, c) the Manitoba Hydro-Electric Board, and d) the Northern Flood Committee, Inc. signed on 16 December 1977. In particular, the Act lays down provisions relating to payments to first nations as compensation for flooding on lands. Furthermore, the Act deals with the establishment of reserves on behalf of first nations.

A Framework Agreement between the government of Canada, of Saskatchewan and first nations. In particular, the Agreement, signed on 22 September 1992, provides the 25 signatory First Nations with $440 million over 12 years to purchase land, mineral rights and improvements, which include buildings and structures affixed to the land. First Nations are entitled to purchase federal, provincial or private land anywhere in Saskatchewan.

The 1977 Northern Flood Agreement (NFA) was negotiated in an attempt to define compensation for the damage caused by Churchill River Diversion constructed in the 1970s as part of Manitoba Hydro's massive hydroelectric development in Northern Manitoba.

The purposes of this Act is to contribute to the smooth supply of sites for public works and the stabilization of the land market by prescribing necessary matters regarding the reservation and supply of public land. The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport shall establish and implement a comprehensive plan for the reservation of public land every 10 years for the smooth supply of public works and the stabilization of the land market.

The purpose of these Measures is to prevent and control water and soil loss, protect and rationally utilize water and soil resources, reduce floods, droughts, wind and sand disasters, improve the ecological environment, build ecological security barrier, and ensure the sustainable development of economy and society.

The Compensation Act provides for property acquired or to be acquired by the Government of Nepal in accordance with the Nepal laws. The Government of Nepal may, if it considers necessary to acquire any property for the public interest, acquire that property. The authority specified by the Government of Nepal may determine the figure of the compensation of the property acquired pursuant to Sub-section.

The scope of application of this Decree includes the granting of state subsidy for nature conservation purposes and the compensation for the restriction or prohibition of farming and in case the production structure must be significantly changed.

The present Regulation is made under the Maanulth First Nations Final Agreement Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to forest compensation payments. The text consists of 9 sections as follows: Definition and interpretation (1); Land deletions (2); Allowable annual cut reductions (3); Deemed allowable annual cut reductions under Forest Act (4); Notice of order (5); Compensation for harvesting rights (6); Compensation for improvements (7); Commercial Arbitration Act applies (8); Limit on compensation (9).

This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation and payment of compensation to former owners of land and their legitimate heirs for land transferred in ownership to cities. The total amount of compensation shall be established by district (urban) bodies of State Land Service and it shall be submitted for approval to the respective urban land commission. The sum of compensation shall be exonerated from application of taxes. The amount of compensation shall be based upon cadastre value of land.

De conformidad con las disposiciones establecidas a nivel nacional por la Ley General de Equilibrio Ecológico y la Protección al Ambiente, la presente Ley establece los principios y normas generales en tema de gestión ambiental sustentable en el Estado de Durango.
