The Order applies to rural development. The "Common Schedule" is a form used to apply for certain types of agriculture to be carried out in specific land areas. These applications are submitted to the Danish AgriFish Agency in order to obtain partial or full subsidy for these farming activities. The Danish AgriFish Agency shall ensure that registration of these applications are done electronically. There may only be submitted one application for each farm. Areas in which a farmer has given grazing rights to others, shall be included in the farmers’ application.

The purpose of this Regulation is to clarify the national land policy in the 100-meter coastal belt. The aim is to safeguard public interests and prevent unfortunate construction along lakes, in accordance to the Planning and Building Act. The Regulation ensures that a stronger geographic differentiation is suggested for the key areas where pressure on land is high.

These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Act, 2000 in section 261A, which was inserted in that Act by section 75 Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010. The section concerns the approval of quarries in protected areas and relative environmental impact assessment.

This Regional Law establishes that land parcels pertaining to regional or municipal property can be expropriated for public or municipal needs for the following purposes: (a) housing construction; (b) creation of new or expansion of existing protected areas; and (c) realization of regional target-oriented programs.

La presente Ley de protección a los ocupantes de zonas clasificadas como especiales, suspende el desalojo de personas, demolición de obras, suspensión de actividades y proyectos en la zona marítimo-terrestre, zona fronteriza y patrimonio natural del Estado. Tal disposición no excluye dictar las medidas cautelares judiciales o administrativas, ni la ejecución de resoluciones judiciales o administrativas en firme, en ambos casos cuando se determine la comisión de daño ambiental o peligro o amenaza de daño al medio ambiente.

This Regional Law envisages the following cases of expropriation, including repayment, of public and municipal land for public purposes: (a) for public institutions; (b) prevention of environmental and technological disasters; (c) formation of protected areas; and (d) protection of traditional residential areas and way of life of small ethnic communities of the Russian Federation.

This Regional Law regulates the issues related to formation, protection, keeping, functioning and suppression of protected areas, organization and reservation thereof. It classifies protected areas as follows: (a) natural parks; (b) state nature reserves; (c) nature monuments; (d) dendrological parks and botanical gardens; and (e) healthcare resorts, spas and recreational areas.

Notamment, la commission a pour tâches de donner son préavis sur les projets de dispositions légales en matière de mise en valeur et de protection des paysages et des sites. En outre, elle donne son avis sur les projets d'ouvrages et d'aménagements qui touchent sensiblement l'aspect des paysages et des sites. Le texte comprend 12 articles.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, protection and management of the objects of cultural heritage classified as immovable property, and land-use planning related to the objects of cultural heritage. Regional Government shall establish rates on land taxes applicable to land parcels on which objects of cultural heritage are located, protection regime and boundaries of protected areas related to the objects of cultural heritage.

The purpose of this Regulation is to provide measures to prevent the risk of contamination from hazardous substances in the soil, at sea and in watercourses, as well as air pollution caused by noise and emissions of hazardous substances by implementing regular inspections with the aim to ensure that environmental quality and standards are maintained.
