This Regional Law establishes that in case of privatization of agricultural land due to reorganization, privatization or bankruptcy of agricultural the following categories shall have the right to allotment of land share of agricultural land free of charge: (a) workers of agricultural organizations and women on maternity leave; (b) citizens sacked by agricultural organizations dues to staff cuts after 1 January 1992; (c) retired staff of agricultural organizations; (d) disabled persons due to work in agricultural organizations; and (e) heirs of deceased workers of agricultural organizations

This Regional Law establishes that total area of land plots that can be contemporaneously owed to citizens performing subsidiary smallholding shall be established as average district land share determined at the moment of transfer of agricultural land free of charge in ownership to citizens in accordance with the acting legislation.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of allotment of public land to some categories of workers for the period of duration of their employment by organization on condition of land tenancy free of charge for a limited period of time.

This Law contains provisions on: contents of land books; cadastral survey; cadastral territorial units and their specific zoning; land sorting capability (including agricultural land evaluation); maintenance survey; process for the establishment, management and maintenance of national land register; and various other rules governing the rights and obligations of land tenure/land concession holders on the territory of the Brcko District (autonomous self-government part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).

This Order makes amendments to the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 2003 so as to make it compatible with a specified human right. It inserts a new section (section 72A) into the 2003 Act. That section provides that section 73 applies to a tenancy continuing to have effect by virtue of section 72(6) unless the tenancy is a relevant tenancy

This Regional Law regulates ownership on land plots, land tenure and lease, and also turnover of land plots and land shares in common land property related to agricultural land. Land tenure shall be performed in accordance with purposeful use of land, legal regime and authorized land uses in accordance with zoning of the territory. Land tenure must ensure conservation of ecosystems.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to increase the role of private subsidiary smallholding of citizens in raising production of agricultural commodities and it establishes the forms of state support of subsidiary smallholding. Subsidiary smallholding shall be considered a form of non-enterpreneurial activity for production and processing of agricultural commodities that shall be exclusive property of citizens conducting subsidiary smallholding.

This Regional Law establishes the basis for ensuring soil fertility of agricultural land with a view of soil rehabilitation of reproduction of soil fertility of agricultural land. Owners and tenants of agricultural land plots, including lease-holders, shall have the right to apply agrotechnical, agrochemical, drainage, phytosanitary and anti-erosion arrangements aimed at restoration of soil fertility.

La presente Ley de ordenación y uso del suelo, tiene por objeto establecer el régimen jurídico general regulador de la actividad administrativa en materia de urbanismo en las Illes Balears, y definir el régimen jurídico urbanístico de la propiedad del suelo de acuerdo con su función social.

This Regional Law determines the particulars of legal relations concerning ownership, tenure and management of agricultural land that shall be based upon the following principle: preferential right of the regional administration to purchase of plots of agricultural land in case of sale thereof except for cases of public auction sale. Minimum consolidated agricultural land plot that can be allotted to natural person shall be 0, 1 ha.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of organization of auction sale of plots of public land or sale of the right of lease of such plots of land in accordance with contract by the regional administration, of application of public servitude and expropriation of land plots by the regional administration, and also allotment of public land plots for a limited period of time to some categories of workers for the length of service. It also establishes allotment of agricultural land for haymaking and grazing.

This Regional Law establishes legal, economic and social grounds for constituting and functioning of peasant farms, including family farms. Plots of agricultural land can be allotted (free of charge or for payment) or purchased in ownership by peasant farms and family farms.
