This Order amends Part 1 of Schedule 8 to the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 as it applies to England. Section 64 of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 entitles the tenant of an agricultural holding, on termination of the tenancy and quitting of the holding, to compensation from the landlord for an improvement specified in Part 1 of Schedule 8 which the tenant has carried out on the holding.

This Act provides for the establishment of Customary Land Advisory Commission. The Commission shall, among other things: (a) recommend to Cabinet suggested measures for the facilitation, encouragement and promotion of the economic use of customary land in Samoa; (b) review all laws affecting customary land in Samoa and make recommendations to Cabinet for changes to such laws where such are necessary for the facilitation, encouragement and promotion of the economic use of customary land.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta las disposiciones relativas a las determinantes de ordenamiento del suelo rural y al desarrollo de actuaciones urbanísticas de parcelación y edificación en este tipo de suelo, respecto a la obligación de definir la clasificación de los usos industriales en los planes de ordenamiento territorial teniendo en cuenta el impacto ambiental y urbanístico que producen y estableciendo su compatibilidad respecto de los demás usos permitidos.

La presente Ley de procedimiento especial para garantia de la propiedad rural, tiene por objeto establecer la garantía de la propiedad y posesión regular de la tierra, mediante un procedimiento especial de desalojo de invasores. La autoridad competente será el Juez de Paz de la jurisdicción donde se encuentre el inmueble invadido. El propietario o legítimo poseedor, solicitará al Juez por escrito o en forma verbal, el lanzamiento de los invasores, presentado para ello el o los títulos que amparen su derecho; o los documentos públicos que acrediten su posesión regular en su caso.

These Regulations concern control of physical development in the Cayman Islands and provide rules relative to development projects and planning. They implement provisions of the Development and Planning Law. Applications for planning permission shall be lodged with the Central Planning Authority.

This Regional Law establishes that price of purchase of land plots located within the boundaries of regional urban areas destined for agricultural production, without edifices or constructions thereon previously allotted to agricultural organization or to peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) tenancy or on condition of life-long hereditary possession shall be set at fifteen percent of cadastre value of the aforesaid plots of land.

These Regulations, made under section 67 of the Land Tenure Act, concerns procedures for allocation of plots of (agricultural) land and related matters. “Allocation” means the process used by the Government for the distribution or provision of a land as a right of occupancy or lease to an individual or a group of persons or legal persons or institutions and organizations. The Minister shall not allocate Land unless there is a site plan in the application file approved and signed by the Director of Survey and Urban Planning showing the actual demarcation of the of the parcel or parcels.

Dans le cadre de l'initiative de la FAO sur les Directives Volontaires sur la gouvernance responsable de la tenure des terres et des autres ressources naturelles, une réunion de consultation régionale était organisée à Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso les 23-25 juin 2010. La réunion était une occasion d'échanger des expériences et de discuter des questions et des actions de gouvernance foncière à être intégrées dans les Directives Volontaires.
