Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Maximum land area allotted out of stock of agricultural land, pertaining to public or municipal ownership, to citizens for farming on condition of tenancy or ownership free of charge shall be 50 ha”.

Article 72 of Land Code shall be amended to add the following wording: “Agricultural land plots of dimensions within 5 ha shall be indivisible. Agricultural land plots of dimensions over 5 ha can be split in separate land plots for the dimensions exceeding 5 ha on condition that the dimension of new separated land plots shall not be less than 5 ha”. Article 15 of Law No. 4 on management of agricultural land shall be amended to add the following wording: “Owner of agricultural land share shall have the right to sell it without payment of state duty.

This Order, made under section 5 of the Town and Country Planning Act, provides for a wide variety of matters regarding the administration and development of the Portland Parish Development Area.

This Federal Law establishes the right of tenants of agricultural land plots pertaining to state or municipal ownership to buy out or to conclude a new lease contract for the land plot without bidding. This is possible if the authorized bodies do not have information about the infringement of the Russian legislation revealed during the state land supervision and unresolved violations related to land use.

This Order, made under section 5 of the Town and Country Planning Act, provides for a wide variety of matters regarding the administration and development of the Manchester Parish Development Area.

The present Regulation enforces the Law on Assignment and Reclamation of Lands in the Islamic Republic of Iran’. In particular, all lands in possession of the government and natural resources land is transferable except for grasslands, forests, national parks and lands of nomad’s migration. The Committee may transfer the lands which are abandoned for five years without any reasonable justification.

This Order, made under section 7 of the Town and Country Planning Act, confirms and amends the Town and Country Planning (Portland Parish) Provisional Development Order, 2013. Minor amendments are made to provisions concerning, among other things, the Environmental Action Program, the Agricultural Land Use Classification System and the protection of agricultural lands.

This Law closely regulates various issues (administrative, legal, procedural, technical) regarding the effective use, management and disposal of state owned properties (mobile and immovable), including the land and agricultural land (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro).The Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 77 articles, including the offences and related penalties (see Chapter VII).

These Regulations aim at implementing the special protection of the basic farmland and promoting the development of agricultural production and the national economy. "Basic farmland" means cultivated land which is determined in accordance with the demand of the population of agricultural products, the needs of the national economy, as well as a forecast of the use of land for construction for specified period of time, and which shall not be occupied for other uses for a long term, or within the specified protective period.

El presente Decreto modifica la estructura de la Agencia de Renovación del Territorio (ART), respecto a la Dirección de Estructuración de Proyectos y a la Dirección de Ejecución y Evaluación de Proyectos. Asimismo, añade entre las funciones del Director General, la de definir el esquema general de seguimiento y evaluación a la ejecución de los proyectos que se adelanten dentro del plan general de renovación y de los planes de intervención territorial de las zonas rurales de conflicto priorizadas.
