The Final Technical Report on the National Sustainable Development Plan NSDP 2016 to 2030 details the important strategic context behind the goals and policy objectives. It also provides the detailed background to the consultative process that led to the final document, and explains the key issues under each goal. This is complemented by the Implementation and Monitoring Framework for the National Sustainable Development Plan to guide the execution of this plan.

The regulation establishes privatization prices for state-owned agricultural land according to categories (broken down for each municipality of Georgia); and annual use fee for the state-owned agricultural land that may not be privatized (broken down into the following categories: pasture land, and pasture land in Akhmeta and Dedoplistskaro municipalities) (2 annexes).

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 17 articles and eight Annexes, lays down details on: (a) the soil sampling procedure, the method and scope of the agrochemical soil testing and the identification of soil properties of the forest land; (b) storage and use of fertilizers, secondary sources of nutrients and compost;(c) keeping records on the consumption and use of fertilizers, secondary sources of nutrients and compost; (d) method of processing the annual balance of nutrients and on the method of providing data to the Central Agricultural I

Article 43 of Land Code shall be amended to add the following wording: “Allotment of land plots located within 500 meters from coastline of a waterbody shall be performed after establishment of borders of water conservation zones and regime of its economic management, except for protected areas and public forests”.

This Regional Law lists municipal districts where plots of public or municipal land plots free of charge to citizens for individual residential housing construction or for family farming. It establishes categories of specialists working in rural areas that shall be eligible to such land transfer for the maximum period of six years.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine articles and five Annexes, lays down details on: (a) maintenance of the registration and information system and the database related to the management of agricultural land in vulnerable areas; (b) obtaining weather information; (c) the application for special authorization for the use of nitrogen fertilizers; (d) the procedure for reporting on additional storage areas; (e) plans for the use of nitrogen fertilizers; (f) registration of carried out controls.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Legislative Assembly shall be responsible for determination of the categories workers of forestry and hunting management that are granted the right of service allotment of agricultural land parcels”.

The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Land Transaction Law 1996 (LGBl. No. 61). In particular, the Law amends article 4 dealing with companies and cooperatives working predominantly in the field of agriculture and forestry. The text consists of 2 articles.

La presente Resolución aprueba el procedimiento para edificación y/o modificación de infraestructura con fines de vivienda, comerciales, industriales o de prestación de servicios en predios ubicados al interior de Áreas Naturales Protegidas (ANP) de carácter nacional y sobre los que existan derechos adquiridos por particulares previamente a la creación del Área Natural Protegida respectiva.

El presente Acuerdo expide la Norma técnica para establecer el valor de la tierra adjudicada en procedimientos de titulación, que tiene como finalidad normar el procedimiento de valoración de las tierras rurales realizado por la Autoridad Agraria Nacional o su delegado, por parte de la Subsecretaría de Tierras y Reforma Agraria, las Direcciones Distritales de Tierras y las Unidades Provinciales de Tierras.

The Agriculture Strategic Development Plan is a national policy with a multi-sectoral approach. The Timeframe of this Plan is 3 years between 2010 and 2012.
