Purchase and sale of the plots of agricultural land shall be carried out by the owners. In case of purchase and sale by the third parties they must be in possession of notarized letter of authorization. Purchase and sale of public agricultural land shall be carried out through auction sale while private agricultural land shall be purchased and sold directly by agreement between vendor and buyer without any authorization. Maximum area of a single plot of agricultural land shall not exceed 50 hectares.

This Ministerial Decree regulates purchase and sale of agricultural land, organization of auction sale thereof, and the modalities of calculation of rent for lease of public agricultural land. Purchase and sale of the plots of agricultural land shall be carried out by the owners. In case of purchase and sale by the third parties they must be in possession of notarized letter of authorization. Agricultural land contaminated by chemicals and radioactive substances to the degree exceeding the established contamination levels shall not be subject to sale.

La presente Ley regula la concertación de arrendamiento de terrenos rurales y dispone que no será valido ningún contrato de arrendamiento en el cual no conste la aprobación de la Secretaría de Estado de Agricultura.

The scope of this Law shall be to introduce crop rotation on agricultural land, including combined, intermediate and recurrent sowing for the purpose of raising production of agricultural commodities. Expropriation of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes shall be authorized in exceptional cases by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers with full compensation to landowners and land tenants.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto las normas y los procedimientos para la colonización de aquellas tierras de propiedad del Estado, entes autónomos, servicios descentralizados y organismos públicos en general que, por su ubicación, superficie y características agrológicas, resulten apropiadas para la formación de colonias. Las personas públicas propietarias de las tierras con prioridad para ser colonizadas deberán transferir la administración o propiedad de las mismas al Instituto Nacional de Colonización, en un plazo de 90 días a partir de la promulgación de esta Ley.

Land Code shall be supplemented with Article 6/1 establishing that plots of land and rights thereto shall be subject to compulsory land registration at the territorial cadastre of immovable property irrespectively of classification and purposeful use thereof; with the Article 15/1 specifying that five hectares of agricultural land pertaining to public property shall be allotted to monasteries free of charge; Article 41/1 establishing that the object of lease contract shall be land of any category and purposeful use, and also land share; and Article 70/1 regulating consolidation of agricultu

The provisions of this Ministerial Decree shall be applicable to agricultural land. This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of settling land disputes originating from the request of local rural administrative body submitted together with agricultural enterprises and other organizations concerned to the local self-government managing the disputed land areas to restitute them. In the request complainant, respondent party, circumstances substantiating the complaint, claims, land area and location thereof.

This Order establishes the modalities of organization and carrying out land valuation activity, legalization of outcome thereof and access to information on land valuation. Land valuation shall be considered inventory of land areas in accordance with soil quality for subsequent cost valuation of agricultural land, land survey and stimulation of rational and efficient land management. Object of land valuation shall the plots of land with the defined legal status as established in land cadastre. Subject of land valuation shall be landowners, tenants and lease holders of agricultural land.

El presente Decreto reglamenta las disposiciones relativas a las determinantes de ordenamiento del suelo rural y al desarrollo de actuaciones urbanísticas de parcelación y edificación en este tipo de suelo, con el fin de garantizar el desarrollo sostenible del suelo rural en los procesos de formulación, revisión y/o modificación de los planes de ordenamiento territorial.

El presente Decreto reglamenta las disposiciones relativas a las licencias urbanísticas, al reconocimiento de edificaciones, a la función pública que desempeñan los curadores urbanos, a la legalización de asentamientos humanos constituidos por viviendas de interés social, tanto para suelo urbano como rural.

These Regulations amend in relation to England, the Organic Products Regulations 2004 and the Environmental Stewardship (England) Regulations 2005 so as to update definitions of "the Council Regulation" to refer to the latest amending instrument, namely Commission Regulation (EC) No. 780/2006. They also amend references to the Compendium of UK Organic Standards.
