Høgfjells in North Gudbrandsdal is an area allocated for lamb seasonal grazing. Lamb production from there encompasses municipalities of Dovre, Lesja, Lom, Oppland, Skjåk and Lom. A significant portion of this grazing area should be higher than 800 m. within said geographical landmark. Lambs shall be released for pasture as soon as grazing in this mountainous area is considered to be satisfactory (cows will graze for a minimum of 11 weeks in pastures located over 800 meters).

This Regional Law establishes the right of citizens, pertaining to the categories envisaged by this Regional Law, to allotment free of charge of the plots of land out of stock of public and municipal land. Allotment of land to RF citizens with permanent residence on the regional territory shall be carried once-only for the following types of land tenure: (a) individual housing construction; (b) gardening; (c) horticulture; and (d) private subsidiary farming.

This Regional Law establishes maximum land parcel area destined for individual farming that can be owned or exercise other rights of use by citizens carrying out individual farming which totals 2 ha.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Act on agricultural lease of 4 October 1985. In particular, the Ordinance defines the competences and proceedings in the implementation of the federal legislation on agricultural lease. La presente Ley tiene como objetivo promover la preservación del uso de los terrenos dedicados a las actividades de producción primaria agrícola y pecuaria, en los que no se tomará en cuenta, para efectos de su valoración, la infraestructura agropecuaria y agroindustrial que posea dicho inmueble, al tenor de lo dispuesto en la Ley de Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles y sus reformas.

This Regional Law regulates land tenure and land management and establishes plenary powers of public administration in this sphere. It establishes minimum and maximum land plot areas, pertaining to public and municipal land, that can be allotted in ownership to citizens for the following purposes: (a) for farming – from 5 to 300 ha; (b) for gardening – from 0,02 to 0,50 ha; (c) for horticulture – from 0,02 to 0,50 ha; (d) for animal husbandry – from 5 to 16 ha; and (e) for countryside housing construction – from 0,04 to 0,25 ha.

La présente loi concerne les constructions et les installations diverses. Notamment, l’article 1er établit que sur tout le territoire du canton nul ne peut être fait sans y avoir été autorisé, comme par exemple modifier la configuration d’un terrain, ou. élever en tout ou partie une construction ou une installation, notamment un bâtiment locatif, industriel ou agricole.

La présente loi met en exécution, entre autres, la loi fédérale du 4 octobre 1991 sur le droit foncier rural. Notamment, l’article 1er établit que la présente loi vise à définir les règles d'application de la loi fédérale au plan cantonal et à désigner les autorités compétentes. Le texte comprend 24 articles répartis en 5 chapitres comme suit: Disposition générale (1er); Règles d'application (2); Autorités (3); Voies de droit (4); Dispositions finales (5).

La présente loi a pour but d'assurer l'exécution, sur le territoire de la République et Canton du Jura, de la loi fédérale susvisés sur le bail à ferme agricole. L’article 2 établit que les dispositions de la loi fédérale sur le bail à ferme agricole sont applicables: a) aux immeubles affectés à l'agriculture; b) aux entreprises agricoles; c) aux entreprises accessoires non agricoles mais formant une unité économique avec une entreprise agricole.

The Order sets guidelines for the regulation of interest rates applied to governmental loans to tenant farmers in accordance to article 26 of Order No. 662 of 14 August 1997 on governmental smallholdings and rents. The regulated interest rates in December 2012 with termination in June 2013 are reduced by half (for interest rates from 3 to 5%) and by 2.5% (for interest rates of 5.5% or more).

This Order, made under section 4 of the Special Crops Act, establishes the Smallholder Sugar Authority for purposes of promoting and fostering the development of sugar-cane grown by smallholders on lands held under a sublease from the Dwangwa Sugar Corporation Limited to the Authority. “Smallholder” means a person who has been granted a right of occupancy or a tenancy under the Special Crops (Sugar-cane) (Licensing) Regulations.

This Act amends the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008 by making minor word changes to sections 12, 13 and 19 that provide for the appointment of authorized officers and their powers, powers of the District Officer and powers of entry and seizure.
