The Minister of Agriculture shall grant authorization for funds to small farming cooperatives, provided that their purpose is to purchase livestock, farming machinery and other technical equipment used in small farms and rural households.
These Regulations provide for the payment of aid to farmers who undertake to introduce organic farming methods and comply with certain environmental management conditions, pursuant to Article 22 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1257/1999. This Regional Law regulates relations dealing with land tenure, protection and conservation of land, establishing plenary powers of regional state bodies in this sphere and, in particular the issues related to land tenure and ownership.
