This Decree shall be compulsory for all natural and legal persons carrying out geodetic activity, topographic activity, survey, mapping and keeping of land cadastre. National Agency on Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre shall be the authorized institution for issuance, renewal, validation, restriction and revocation of licences.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the purpose of keeping the state land cadastre shall be to provide the state executive bodies of all levels, natural and legal persons with information regarding legal status and quality of land at the national, regional and local level and with the information regarding each separate plot of land.

El presente Decreto fija los derechos por concepto de la función registral, con el propósito de racionalizar el servicio público de registro de instrumentos públicos y de actualizar las tarifas y derechos que se deben cobrar por su prestación.

This Order contains the description of land cadastre and the modalities of its use. Land cadastre shall have the form of a register and shall contain data on plots of land and rights thereto.

Cadastre valuation of land shall be integral part of land cadastre and it shall be carried out for the purpose of obtaining data on soil quality and location of land that characterize the conditions of agriculture and normative value of land. Cadastre land valuation data shall be used for the calculation of land tax.

These Regulations, in implementing provisions of the Land Surveyors Act, make further provision for registration and qualification of land surveyors and establish rules for carrying out land surveys. Regulations 3 to 5 specify qualifications, whereas regulation 6 concerns registration. A Code of Ethics is laid down in the Third Schedule.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of state supervision over land tenure and land conservation by the local self-government and by the officials of the authorized state land institution.

The present Ordinance implements the Building Law of 1 December 1997. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Planning (A); Development (B); Protection of health (C); Various provisions (D); Transfer of competences (E); Final provisions (F).

Ce décret porte attributions et organisation du Service financier du cadastre et de la conservation foncière et de la gestion du domaine de l'Etat, ayant pour mission d'assurer l'effectivité du recouvrement des recettes provenant des prestations du cadastre et de la conservation foncière et de la gestion du domaine de l'Etat.

These Regulations grant to the Registrar the right to dispense with the official examination of the title and to register the statutory authority with absolute title or good leasehold title on production of a certificate by the solicitor for such authority, subject to conditions and in circumstances as prescribed in regulation 4.

Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decrees as follows: 1). To validate the proposed Simplified order of land share and its registration. 2). The Committee on land resources and land management attached to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and its local branches should determine the size of a land share on the basis of the order approved by the present Decree.

These Regulations of the Chief Lands Officer, made under section 64 the Native Lands Act, prescribe forms for the register of claims to land and for a certificate of native adoption.
