This Law establishes legal grounds and the modalities of state registration of rights to immovable property and encumbrances, and also transactions related thereto with a view of recognition and protection by the state of registered rights, encumbrances and transactions. This Law shall be applicable to registration of rights related to land plots.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley General de los Registros Públicos, que tiene por objeto normar los procedimientos para la creación, regulación, organización, régimen administrativo, funcionamiento y procedimiento de los Registros Públicos integrados en el Sistema Nacional de Registros (SINARE).

La presente Ley modifica la que tiene por objeto organizar y redefinir las funciones, atribuciones y ámbito de competencia del Instituto Nicaragüense de Estudios Territoriales (INTER), respecto a la integración de la Dirección Superior y a las atribuciones del Secretario General.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto reglamentar la función catastral en el Estado de Aguascalientes. Sus disposiciones definen el marco institucional competente en esta materia, y establecen reglas y principios sobre la cartografía catastral y las correspondientes operaciones, el sistema de información catastral, la zonificación catastral.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Topographic exploration shall be intended special survey and mapping for projecting, construction, reconstruction, renovation, rebuilding and operation of sites”.

La présente loi est relative aux repères de la mensuration cadastrale. L’article 1er établit que tout propriétaire est tenu de supporter sur son fonds les points fixes et les signes de repérage nécessaires à l’établissement et à la conservation des mensurations cadastrales, sous réserve des indemnités auxquelles il peut avoir droit en cas de dommage évident.

La présente loi met en exécution, entre autres, la loi fédérale du 4 octobre 1991 sur le droit foncier rural. Notamment, l’article 1er établit que la présente loi vise à définir les règles d'application de la loi fédérale au plan cantonal et à désigner les autorités compétentes.

La presente Ley tiene como objetivo promover la preservación del uso de los terrenos dedicados a las actividades de producción primaria agrícola y pecuaria, en los que no se tomará en cuenta, para efectos de su valoración, la infraestructura agropecuaria y agroindustrial que posea dicho inmueble, al tenor de lo dispuesto en la Ley de Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles y sus reformas.

The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. The Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the Canton Appenzell-Ausserrhoden. Furthermore, the Law creates conditions for a cantonal spatial data infrastructure.

The present Act regulates: a) the execution of the federal geo-information legislation; b) the collection, tracking, management and access of geodata under cantonal law; c) the administration and access to municipal land use plans; d) the cadastral map of line systems. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Principles (2); Organization (3).

This Act provides rules for the registration of mortgages and provides for the continuation of the Mortgage and Registration Office. The Act defines the legal effects of the transcription of a mortgage.

This Act provides rules for acquisition land in the public interest, including compulsory acquisition, and related matters such as claims to compensation, examination land and taking possession of land, mortgages over land compulsory acquired, registration of interest in land and (effects of) withdrawal from acquisition.
