Land includes, inter alia, lagoons and open waters. "Agricultural land" means land outside the limits of Suburban lands, Beach lands or Towns. The Chief Valuer shall be appointed for purposes of this Act under section 3. Owners of lands situated outside the town limits shall submit a return to the Chief Valuer within three months of acquisition or entry into force of the present Act as the case may be (sect. 5).

The Lieutenant Governor in Council may make Regulations for the purpose of prohibiting, annulling or in any manner restricting the taking or acquisition directly or indirectly of, or the succession to, any interest in controlled land (as defined), provided that they do not operate so as to prohibit, annul or in any manner restrict the ownership by a person of interests in controlled land consisting of not more than 2 parcels containing, in the aggregate, not more than 20 acres.

The Act ratifies and validates the legal proceedings prior to the issuance of this Act.

This Decree-Law, composed of 18 articles, regulates the guidelines for the implementation of the Rural Development Plan (RURIS) until 2006. RURIS, through its four components, namely agro-environmental measures, compensation measures, agricultural land reforestation, anticipated reform, aims at promoting a competitive agriculture well-suited with a sustainable rural development. This Decree-Law is part of a simplification process of the coordination and management of all interventions in order to accelerate their implementation on the behalf of both the Administration and farmers.

This Law amends some of the provisions part of the Law on state survey and cadastre (Official Gazette 55/2003).Changes are regarding the entry into force and the mandatory repeal of certain previous laws.

This Law regulates the official survey of real estate, real estate cadastre and communal facilities, and records necessary for the correct data collection and additional cadastre registration requirements.This Law further defines all administrative and technical rules governing the agricultural land cadastre on the territory of the Republic of Srpska (Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).The Law is divided into XIII Chapters and 121 articles, including all offences and related penalties.

La presente Ley regula el procedimiento de expropiación de la propiedad privada por causa de utilidad pública en el Estado de Baja California. La Ley establece los efectos jurídicos de la expropiación (art. 5º) y define las causas de utilidad pública que pueden justificar este tipo de procedimiento (art. 6º). Asimismo la Ley establece las normas para determinar la indemnización que debe ser correspondida por el bien expropiado, y los principios relativos a los recursos administrativos de revocación.

This Law shall be applicable to immovable property, including land plots and objects located thereupon. It establishes that mortgage shall originate either in accordance with a contract or by court decision. In case of transfer in mortgage of a plot of land with constructions located thereupon the aforesaid plot of land shall be transferred in mortgage together with the aforesaid constructions. Prohibition and restrictions related to expropriation and alienation of land plots established by Land Code shall be applicable also to mortgage.

The Law consists of 9 Articles. This Law gives the right to agricultural producers to pay the fixed agricultural tax in lieu of the following taxes and fees (obligatory payments): 1) land tax (fee); 2) fee for special use of natural resources (in the part dealing with using water to meet the needs of agriculture). Other taxes and fees (obligatory payments) are paid by agricultural producers in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The fixed agricultural tax is payable only in monetary form.

Articles 6, 9, 14, 30 have either been amended or new paragraphs have been added. The present Law also amends new articles of the Village Law of 1924, the Law on Natural Disasters 1959, and the Tourism Incentives Act of 1982. The formation of the technical teams is re-defined. The in-forest pastures and grazelands are re-defined by a committee set up by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and cannot be used for any other purposes unless their allocation purposes are modified.

La politique de développement agro-sylvo-pastoral est marquée par le retrait progressif de l’Etat et est conforme aux principes de recentrage de ses missions sur des fonctions régaliennes, de poursuite de la politique de décentralisation, d’amélioration du cadre et des conditions de vie en milieu rural, ainsi que de création d’un environnement propice aux investissements privés en milieu rural. La réduction de la pauvreté est la principale priorité de la politique de l’Etat, en particulier dans les zones rurales.

This Law regulates purchase of land by the foreign legal and natural persons, and also by foreign institutions and organizations that have no status of legal person but have legal capacity. It also establishes terms, conditions and restrictions on the purchase of land by foreigners. The Act consists of four Chapters divided into 17 Articles: (1) general provisions; (2) right of foreigners to purchase land, internal water and forest; (3) temporary provisions regarding the right of foreigners to purchase non-agricultural land; and (4) final provisions.
