This Decree, composed of 30 articles, implements the Law No. 6.171 on the use, conservation and protection of agricultural land, envisaged as common heritage. The use and management of agricultural land shall be carried out through land use planning in accordance with the current land conservation agricultural techniques.

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of forwarding application and legalization of materials for the purpose of transfer of land from one category into another and low-yield land into unproductive land.

Certificates of land tenure shall be registered in accordance with the projects of inter-economic land survey practice (submission of land-surveying materials on concession of the plots of land for determined purposes) validated by the Government, organs of executive power in accordance with the established modalities and their filling in shall be preceded by mapping of the boundaries of land t

The following order of the formation and registration of the right of land tenure shall be applied: 1). A citizen shall submit to the district land committee an application for the allotment of a plot of land for setting up a peasant farm. 2). Examination of the application shall include the following documentation: a). map of the plot of land; b). decision on allotment; c).

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of carrying out state control over use and protection of land elaborated in accordance with Land Code and that is compulsory for the observance by all legal persons irrespectively of their subordination and form of property, and also by all natural persons and officials on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of the institution and examination of the applications of enterprises, institutions and organizations, and also of citizens regarding concession of the plots of land out of all categories of land irrespectively of the type of ownership except for cases envisaged by the legislation.

Plots of land on which privatized state enterprises and objects are situated imply land conceded in use within the rights specified in technical certificate at the moment of privatization of state enterprises and objects.

Toute personne physique ou morale qui désire exercer la profession d'entrepreneur des travaux cartographiques et topographiques doit remplir auprès du Guichet unique les formalités administratives de création d'entreprises.

These Rules concern applications for planning permission in the sense of section 1 of the Development and Planning Act 1974. They specify documentation requirements of the application such as architectural plan, draft plan of subdivision, location plan, site excavation plan, and site plan.
