This Resolution is composed of 42 articles. Articles 1 to 3 deal with the establishment and management of the Objection Committee. Articles 4 to 6 entrust the Committee to make decision and render judgment in controversies concerning proprieties, areas and boundaries of expropriated lands, as well as to value compensations. Articles 7 to 34 provide for procedures and measures for objections.

Section 1 establishes that the dyking systems set out in the Schedule are established as designated dyking systems protecting the lands described therein, and each has the name given to it in the section heading preceding the description.

The Regulation provides for detailed regulations on the lease of beaches, islands, pastures, and places where liquorice is grown by public auction. It contains rules concerning, inter alia, the approval of the Minister, the conditions of the lease, procedures of the auction, setting of rent. (14 sections)

The Regulations contain detailed provisions on procedures and practice of and before the Leases Approval Committee. The first two Schedules contain forms and fees, the Third Schedule contains policy directions and criteria from the Minister of Justice.

The Regulations provide for the establishment of a Committee of Management with the task to keep a register showing details of the owners of each block of land. The incorporated owners of land shall hold an annual meeting. The Regulations further deal with election of members, procedures of meetings, proxies, seal, etc..

The regulations contain provisions on the use of the "main trail" and the ferry crossing at Kurupukari.

The Regulations define the rights of the Amerindians to occupy a portion of the ungranted and unlicensed State lands for the purpose of residence. The Amerindians may not clear the forest or cultivate any ungranted land other than specified in these Regulations (reg. 5).
