This Decree sets forth that the Council of Ministers declares that Evkaf area in Fatsa district in Ordu, to be an area under risk of natural disasters, based on Article 2 of Law No. 6306 on restructuring of areas under risk of natural disasters, upon request of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.

This Law amends Law No. 5403 on Soil Preservation and Land Utilization with several minor changes. This Law adds Articles 8A to 8K regarding agricultural land sizes and transfer of inherited agricultural lands. This Law repeals the last sentence of Paragraph 5 of Article 13 of Law No. 3083 on land reform regarding rearrangement of land in irrigated areas.

This Act makes provision with respect to mortgages on real property for the purpose of financing the acquisition of resident dwellings.The Act defines the effects of a mortgage and specifies the remedies of a mortgagee on default by the mortgagor or borrower.

These Regulations, made by the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine in exercise of the powers conferred on him or her by section 12 of the Land Commission (Dissolution) Act 1992, provide for the transfer of accounts held in the name of the former Irish Land Commission to be transferred into the accounts of the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine.

The objectives of these Regulations, made under the Sale of Land Act 1962, are to regulate the conduct of public auctions of land; to prescribe standard rules for the conduct of public auctions of land; to prescribe information statements that must be made available for inspection at public auctions of land.

These amendments, being part of a general revision of various acts relating to land, concern the regulation of land claims and in particular negotiation and mediation, duties of institutions in relation with the survey of lands, special land courts, and legal proceedings.
