This Decree by the Council of Ministers declares land consolidation in the Central Anatolia, Eastern Anatolia, Marmara and Mediterranean regions; Adana, Aksaray, Ankara, Ardahan, Bolu and Konya provinces of Turkey. Lands which are subject to consolidation are specified in the annex.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 which provide that the presence of or above the controlled quantity of a hazardous substance on, over or under land, requires hazardous substances consent.

This Regional Law regulates the relations connected with turnover of the plots of land and land shares in common property in the plots of agricultural land as well as plots of land classified as especially precious agricultural land. The Regional Law consists of 11 articles. Article 1 determines sphere of action of the present Law.

This Regulation contains general rules for the prevention and limitation of harmful effects on the environment caused by horticulture with covered cultivations. This category is defined by article 1.1 of the Environment Protection Act. Covered cultivation shall be carried out in accordance with directions outlined in the Attachment to this Regulation.

This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 24 articles and two Annexes, lays down conditions for awarding concessions for the exploitation of forests that are owned by the Republic of Slovenia and managed by National Farm Land and Forest Fund.

This Act amends the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 in sections 2, 9, 17, 25, 45 and 102. It also inserts new sections on consequences to deeds of registration regarding immovable properties from dissolved marriages and repeals section 94.

This Act amends the Land Tax Act in section by repealing sections 6I and 6J. Those sections, introduced by the Land Tax (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 2012, concern rebates on tax to be paid by manufacturers of goods for export and companies or individuals that are engaged in the production of goods for solar energy.

Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional land-use planning schemes shall contain data on solid waste formation, recycling, treatment, management and disposal of solid domestic waste”.

This Regional Law sets forth the modalities of urban land-use planning at municipal and regional levels. The scope of this Regional Law shall be consideration of totality of social, economic, ecological and other factors with a view of ensuring sustainable development of territorial land-use planning.

This Act provides a framework for the development and implementation of measures in Papua New Guinea to combat climate change in accordance with the Kyoto Protocol and other international agreements and programmes. The Act establishes the Climate Change and Development Authority, the National Climate Change Board, a Screening Committee and the Climate Change and Green Growth Trust Fund.

The present Regulation enacts the Environmental Management Act. The Regulation applies to landfill sites that accept municipal solid waste for disposal into the landfill site on or after 1 January 2009.
