This Act provides rules for the micro-financing business in Ethiopia and for the licensing of institutions providing micro-financing.
This Regulation of this Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 75 articles and eight Annexes, establishes maximum levels of pollutants in waste disposal, compulsory treatment and other conditions for the disposal and the conditions and actions related to the design, construction, operation and closure of landfills and treatment after their closure.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 in respect of England by adding a new Part 39 to Schedule 2. Part 39 grants planning permission in respect of the erection of buildings necessary for the purpose of housing poultry and other captive birds to protect them from avian influenza.
This Act provides for the establishment of small courts and defines the jurisdiction of such courts. It also provides with respect to proceedings and execution of judgement. Courts are established for provinces. The area of jurisdiction of a small claims court shall be the province for which it is established.
The purpose of this Act is to establish the Specific Claims Tribunal, the mandate of which is to decide issues of validity and compensation relating to specific claims of First Nations. In particular, the Tribunal is responsible for holding hearings to decide the validity of specific claims and any compensation arising from those claims.
