These Regulations set out the criteria applicable to the valuation if a specified property used for the supply, distribution or treatment of water occupied, or, if unoccupied, owned by Northern Ireland Water Limited may be considered one hereditament.

This Act amends the Land Act in section 98 to provide that, until the Land Tribunals are established and commence to operate under this Act, Magistrates’ Court and Local Council Courts shall continue to have jurisdiction they had immediately before the commencement of this Act.

This Act amends the Land Act with respect to a wide variety of matters including: Commissioner for Land Registration, organization and procedures of District Land Tribunals, annual nominal ground rent for tenancy, security of occupancy and protection of family (farm) land, restrictions on transfer of family land, and establishment of Land Committees.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall be responsible for decision-making related to organization and conduct of auction for sale of plot of public land pertaining to the regional ownership, auction for the right to conclude lease contract or refusal to organize and conduct auction for the aforesaid land category”.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall be responsible for validation of the contents and the attached documentation of the application for transfer to other category of agricultural land, except for land pertaining to the ownership of the Russian Federation”.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “This Regional Law regulates certain relations in the sphere of transactions of plots and shares of agricultural land within plenary powers of the regional administration”.

This Act makes provision with respect to development and spatial planning in Uganda. It establishes the Town and Country Planning Board. The Act shall apply to declared planning areas. In respect of every area declared to be a planning area, there shall be a planning committee or planning committees.

In respect to Wales, these Regulations provide in relation to those further areas designated as nitrate vulnerable zones by virtue of the Protection of Water Against Agricultural Nitrate Pollution (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2002 that the date for the multiplier of 210 kg set down in paragraph 9(2)(b)(i) of the Schedule shall be extended to 19 December 2006.

This Decree of the Department of Agriculture is based on Chapter 9 of the Land Code. It empowers the County Councils to appoint inspectors for the surveying and inspection of agricultural tenancies. It specifies criteria for appointment and grants powers to the county councils to repeal the appointment if an inspector is not suited for the work.
