This Law provides for the establishement by the Government of an "Israel Lands Administration" to administer Israel lands. The Director of the Administation is appointed by the Government, whom shall be directly subordinate to the Minister of Agriculture (sect. 2).
This Law establishes cases in which transfer of ownership is allowed. Section 2 makes a list of classes of transactions to which the permission to transfer ownership is allowed.
