The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

This Regional Law defines the modalities of establishment of protected areas of local significance that can be set up by proposal of local government, citizens, legal persons and social associations.
Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation Order and Trees in Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Regulations 2010 (S.S.I. No. 434 of 2010).
These Regulations make provision regarding the making of tree preservation orders under section 160 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 and disapplies section 172 of the Act, which protects trees in conservation areas, in respect of various acts. The Regulations also prescribe how an application for consent to carry out any action prohibited by a tree preservation order is to be made.

La presente Resolución establece los criterios para definir la composición poblacional en cada proyecto de Vivienda, que el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda (Fonvivienda) tendrá en cuenta para la focalización, identificación y selección de los hogares beneficiarios del subsidio familiar de vivienda.
Regional Law No. 514-27-OZ “On price of public or municipal land in case of sale thereof to the owners of edifices and construction located thereon”.
This Regional Law establishes that beginning from 1 January 2010 in case of purchase of parcels of public or municipal land by the owners of edifices and construction located thereon the p[rice shall be equal to cadastre value of the aforesaid plots of land.
Resolución Nº 3 - Modifica la Resolución Nº 1, Políticas Nacionales de Información Geoespacial.
La presente Resolución modifica las Políticas Nacionales de Información Geoespacial, en relación a que las instituciones u organismos generadores de información geoespacial deberán mantener un registro de la entrega para fines estadísticos y a la prohibición de la venta, arrendamiento y comercialización de transferencia de la propiedad intelectual, incluso como parte de otros servicios de la información geográfica de carácter público.
