Regulation concerning conditions and mode of properties exchange.
The present Regulation of the Minister of the Treasury, which is composed of 15 Paragraphs, establishes conditions and mode of entering into an agreement of properties exchange, so that farmers give their properties to the Treasury and get in return properties from the Resource of Agricultural Property of the Treasury. A range of a sewage system finished with a sewage treatment plant has to be taken into consideration. The border should be determined along external borders of building plots belonging to the given sewage network.

Act on State-owned property of some forests and other self-governing lands.
The Act, which is composed of ten Paragraphs, establishes that forests and forest lands belonging to self-governing authorities become State-owned property. The same applies to agricultural lands registered as planned to become forests. The transfer shall be accepted by the Minister of Forestry and by the Council of the State.
