    This Act defines the concept of 'peasant farm' and regulates marginally its activities. It is not allowed for state, cooperative and other social organizations and institutions to interfere in economic activities of peasant's farms except in cases of violation of legislation by them. Article 5 defines types of peasant's farms. A peasant's farm is established on the strictly voluntary basis. Each citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic meeting the requirements of the Paragraph 2, Article 3, is entitled to establish a peasant farm.

    This Decree sets forth the modalities of state registration of rights of natural and legal persons related to land plots and perennial plants, and also mortgage contracts and other ownership rights to land plots. It shall not be applicable to subsoil. Right of ownership, origin thereof, transfer, restriction, termination of rights and transactions therewith shall be subject to mandatory state registration. Body performing state registration shall be responsible for issuance of state registration certificate.

    This Order establishes common rules for veterinary zoning of the national territory depending upon epizootic situation classified in the following categories: (a) favourable; (b) under observation; (c) buffer; and (d) unfavourable. The scope of veterinary zoning shall be to prevent introduction and spreading of infectious animal diseases, planning of veterinary arrangements and performing international trade.

    This Law sets forth legal grounds for regulation of turnover of explosives on the national territory with a view of utilization of explosive energy for peaceful purposes. It shall not be applicable to military explosives. This Law covers manufacturing, testing, transport, storage, labelling, packaging, registration uses, trade and disposal of explosives for industrial use. All the aforesaid activities shall be subject to mandatory licensing and shall be performed exclusively by legal persons.

    The present Law defines legal, economic and social conditions of investment activities on the territory of Turkmenistan. It aims at ensuring equal protection of rights, interests and assets of a subject of investment activities regardless of property forms. Investments mean all kinds of property and intellectual values invested into the objects of entrepreneurial activities resulting in generating profit or obtaining social benefit. Such values may be the rights of land and other natural resources use, and other property rights.

    This Protocol sets up Interstate council on natural and technological disasters performing the following functions: (a) assistance in organization of cooperation between the Parties in the sphere of prevention of natural and technological disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof; and (b) drafting recommendations for improvement of legislation related to prevention of natural and technological disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof.

    The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following spheres: (a) integration of early warning systems and emergency intervention systems; (b) joint participation in the international organizations and programs; (c) liability of each Party for the outbreak and consequences of disasters; (d) prevention of the outbreak of disasters; and (e) autonomous decision-making at the national level.

    This Governmental Decree establishes two types of organization and management of hunting grounds: (a) within the boundaries of a single hunting ground; and (b) between more than one hunting grounds. Internal organization and management of a single hunting ground shall include evaluation of a hunting ground, subdivision of the territory, assessment of the number wild fauna species subject to hunting and elaboration of a set of arrangements for protection, reproduction and rational management of wild fauna species.

    La présente loi autorise la ratification de la réglementation commune aux Etats membres du CILSS sur l’homologation des pesticides, révisée et adoptée par le Conseil des Ministres du CILSS, le 16 décembre 1999 à N’Djaména (Tchad), dont le but est de mettre en commun (dans un cadre sous-régional de coopération) les expériences et l’expertise des Etats membres pour l’évaluation et l’homologation des pesticides afin d’assurer leur utilisation rationnelle et judicieuse, ainsi que la protection de la santé humaine et de l’environnement.

    This Order establishes the modalities of registration and production testing of pesticides (toxic chemicals) and state registration thereof. The aforesaid procedures shall include: (a) acceptance of applications; (b) organization of registration and production testing of pesticides (toxic chemicals) and toxicological assessment thereof; (c) evaluation of results; (d) state registration; and (e) issuance of registration certificate.
