The State Institute for Public Health and the Environment shall at least once every four years report to the Minister in the form of a scientific study on the state of the nature, forests and landscape indicating also probable and otherwise foreseeable future developments regarding the environment. The Minister shall indicate all bodies that shall be involved in the preparation of the plan. The report shall be sent to the parliament.

Interim guidelines and standards relate to six areas of environmental pollution control are issued by the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (FEPA). These guidelines and standards relate to six (6) areas of environmental pollution control: Effluent limitations (ii) Water quality for industrial water uses at point of in-take (iii) Industrial emission limitations (iv) Noise exposure limitations (v) Management of solid and hazardous wastes (vi) Pollution abatement in industries.

El presente Decreto establece la obligatoriedad de los planes de ordenamiento territorial, disponiendo que corresponde a todas las administraciones municipales y distritales formular y adoptar su plan de ordenamiento territorial.

The Convention shall cover the Alpine region, as described in the Annex. The Contracting Parties shall take appropriate measures among others on population and culture, regional planning, prevention of air pollution, soil conservation and water management. The Contracting Parties shall pursue a comprehensive policy for the preservation and protection of the Alps by applying the principles of prevention, and cooperation, through the prudent and sustained use of resources.

This Directive aims to reduce water pollution from nitrates used for agricultural purposes and to prevent any further pollution. It is closely linked to other EU policies which address air and water quality, climate change and agriculture.

These Regulations amend the Tir Gofal Regulations to: a) permit a Tir Gofal agreement to include any provision that may be agreed between the Countryside Council for Wales and a Tir Gofal applicant (reg. 2(2)); b) impose an obligation on a Tir Gofal agreement holder to maintain records (reg. 2(4)); and c) make compliance with the record keeping requirement (reg. 9A of the Tir Gofal Regulations inserted by these Regulations) and the obligation to permit entry and inspection (reg. 10 of the Tir Gofal Regulations) conditions for the payment of aid (reg.

Territorial planning is described as a process and procedure of land use planning in article 2. The objectives of territorial planning are outlined in article 3. Articles 4 to 20 concern territorial planning at national, county, and municipal level. Planning shall be: general or "master" (arts. 5-10); special (arts. 1-14), or; detailed (arts. 15-20). There shall be master plans for each of the specified territorial subdivisions. Master planning shall establish priorities, objectives and strategies for the territory in question.

La presente Ley prorroga el plazo máximo establecido en el artículo 23 de la Ley Nº 388 de 1997, para que los municipios y distritos formulen y adopten los planes y esquemas de ordenamiento territorial (POT), hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1999. Los municipios y distritos podrán contratar créditos blandos para preinversión en el sector de planeación y servir la deuda con recursos de las transferencias de los ingresos corrientes de la nación, provenientes del 20 por ciento de libre destinación en otros sectores, en la respectiva vigencia.

These Regulations govern in detail the prevention of pollution of air, waters (inland and marine waters) and soil in Chapters I, II and III. These Regulations nominate the competent authorities that shall determine standards for the pollution of air, waters and soil. They also prescribe prevention methods and the use of air, water and soil quality monitoring systems.
