These Measures are developed in order to standardize the confirmation, registration and issuing the certificates of the right to the contracted management of rural land and strengthen the management and effective use of the relevant archives.

The Act regulates the acquisition of land on which a usufruct has been established under the Land Reform Act. According to the document, land subject to usufruct under the Land Reform Act which is not required for the exercise of the powers of state, to a local government for the performance of its functions or for other public purposes may be acquired.

This Act provides rules for the prospecting for and mining of minerals specified in the First Schedule to this Act. Save to the extent provided for in this Act, it shall not apply to matters relating to petroleum and hydrocarbon gases. The Cabinet Secretary responsible for mining, the Principal Secretary of the responsible ministry and any person shall be guided by the values and principles enshrined in the Constitution and in particular Articles 10, 66 (2), 201 (c) and (d), and 232 of the Constitution and the principles of leadership and integrity.

This Act makes provision for the recognition, protection and registration of community land rights and also provides for conversion of community land, special rights and entitlements with respect to community land, environment and natural resources management of community land and settlement of disputes relating to community land.

These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Grassland Law of the People’s Republic of China. The Text consists of 31 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Grassland Ownership and Use Right of Grasslands(II); (III); Grassland Protection and Utilization (III); Reward and Punishment (IV); Supplementary Provisions (V).

This Regulation consisting of 59 articles aims at regulating the use of agricultural land in the Sultanate.

The Article 8, 34 and 175 of the Land Law are canceled. Article 172 is amended as: The land value tax shall be levied on the landowner. In the case of any land subject to dien, the said tax shall be paid by the dien-holder. The Article 34-1 is also amended. For the disposal of ownership, or changes of, or setting encumbrance of superficies, agricultural right, servitude of real property, or dien over co-owned land or constructional improvements, the consent of more than half of the Co-owners whose holding of ownership is more than half of the total share shall be required.

Ce texte définit la composition et le fonctionnement du cadre institutionnel de cette procédure. Ce décret abroge les dispositions de l'arrêté du 11 moharrem 1344 (1er août 1925) relatif à l'application du dahir du 11 moharrem 1344 (1er août 1925) sur le régime des eaux, en ce qui concerne la reconnaissance des droits de propriété, d'usage ou d'usufruit sur le domaine public hydraulique.

La présente loi fixe les principes et les règles générales régissant l’aménagement et la gestion des espaces pastoraux et sylvo pastoraux, l’utilisation et le développement des ressources pastorales, la transhumance pastorale et la mobilité des troupeaux.
