Cette loi porte réglementation de la vaine pâture, de la garde des animaux domestiques et de la transhumance. Elle distingue 4 types de pâturages: naturels,ou parcours pastoraux, qui constituent l'ensemble des espaces naturels libres traditionnellement destinés à la pâture des animaux; jachères, ou espaces cultivables laissés en repos ou non exploités; artificiels, aménagés pour la production de fourrages ou réservés à cet effet; post-culturaux, surfaces cultivées entièrement libérées des récoltes, constituées par les restes des sous produits agricoles.

This Act, consisting of 108 sections divided into nine Parts and completed by one Schedule, makes provision for the tenure, management, and alienation of crown lands. "Crown lands" means all lands of the Territory, including the bed of the sea within the territorial limits of the Northern Territory, and including an estate in fee simple that is registered in the name of the Territory, but does not include reserved or dedicated lands. The main body of the Act (Part 3) contains provisions relative to leases, easements, and servitude.

These Regulations implement the Crown Lands Act by further making provision for leases of crown lands and licences for activities to be carried on such lands. Provisions of Part 2 define which lands are available for leases, regulate commencement, execution, and surrender of leases and payment for improvements on land. Various provisions of Part 3 are concerned with licences for grazing of livestock, occupation licences and licences for miscellaneous nature. "Occupation licence" means a licence under section 90 of the Act.

Provisions of this Act apply also to forests and certain inland waters exploited for agricultural purposes, certain buildings and other objects listed in article 2. Agricultural lands are arable lands, natural meadowlands and pastures. The basis of lease is an agreement between lessor and lessee. This Agreement defines issues specified in article 4, such as terms of returning lease object at the expiration of a term of lease; terms for exploitation and cure of leased objects.

With the object of stabilizing an economic situation of agrarian and industrial branch, the Government of the Republic of Kyrghyzstan states: to retain for the period of time till 1996 free use (with no rent) of pasture plots allocated by farms for remote livestock-breeding outside their administrative boundaries on the territory of other rayons and oblasts of the Republic of Kyrghyzstan; to determine that kolkhozes, sovkhozes and other agricultural enterprises using remote pasture plots on the territory of other rayons shall annually deposit land tax to the special accounts of the state ad

Ce décret fixe le statut des terroirs d'attache, c'est à dire de ces unités territoriales déterminées ou reconnues par les coutumes et/ou les textes en vigueur à l'intérieur desquelles vivent habituellement pendant la majeure partie de l'année des pasteurs, et auxquelles ils restent attachés lorsqu'ils se déplacent que ce soit à l'occasion de la transhumance, du nomadisme ou des migrations. Le décret indique les droits des pasteurs sur leurs terroirs d'attache et les espaces pastoraux ainsi que les modalités d'exercice du droit d'usage commun.

The Authority may declare any area to be a prohibited area. No person shall set up residence in any part of a Conservation Area without the permission of the Board or the Conservator or settle, cultivate graze in restricted areas, clear land, vegetation, cut trees, set traps or nets, etc. The Conservator is granted powers of inspection such as entry upon land.

This Act lays down the basic principles of forest management and conservation, makes provision for the administration of forestry (Chap. I), the survey and classification of lands for purposes of forestry (Chap. II), and the use of forest resources (Chap. III).Basic policy principles are outlined in section 2. Section 3 contains definitions.

This Instruction deals with the criteria for the granting of leases for pastures and meadows by local authorities and lays down rules for the use of such agricultural land by leaseholders.

The scope of this Act is to regulate reindeer breeding activities and the use of reindeer pastures. Also the counting of reindeer and marking of animals is provided for (Chapters 3 and 4). Chapter 6 concerns the compensation of damages to forests and cultivation. Chapter 7 provides for the protection of reindeers. Various measures placing restrictions on reindeer breeding may be decided upon by the Government pursuant to section 2 of the Act relative to Protection Forests (No. 196/22).

The purpose of this Law is the determination, delimitation, allocation of areas such as ranges, pastures, wintersheds (winter range lands) or highlands to juridical entities like villages or municipalities and making use of them in a manner abiding by the rules, increasing or sustaining productivity through maintenance and improvement, controlling that use continuously, protecting them and changing their purpose of use when necessary. The determination, delimitation and allocation of ranges, highlands and wintersheds are undertaken by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
