This Law, consisting of 6 Chapters and 1 Annex, creates the Land and Agrarian Reform Institution of the State of Pernambuco (ITERPE).

These provisions supplement article 51 of Law No. 8405 of 1998 with regard to the fees that must be paid in respect of certain projects to obtain construction permits.

The Order sets regulations concerning additional measures on ecotones in rural areas. It applies to regulations on reducing marginal buffer zone width, as long as it does not affect the control of Heracleum Mantegazzianum (giant Hogweed) growth. The Danish AgriFish Agency shall ensure approval of requests for reduction of ecotones, which must be submitted by 1 November 2012.

The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the strengthening of the agricultural competitiveness, the balanced development of the national economy, and the preservation of national land through the stabilization of farmers' agricultural management and the improvement of agricultural productivity, by stipulating necessary matters for the ownership, utilization, preservation, etc.

Mediante esta Ley se establece un régimen de regulación y registro de transferencias de tierras a extranjeros, como así también un Registro de Productores Agropecuarios y Propietarios de Inmuebles Rurales. La Ley atribuye prioridad de opción de compra o adquisición al Estado Provincial, a los efectos de proteger el medio ambiente por medio de la utilización racional de los recursos naturales, y preservar el patrimonio natural y cultural y la diversidad biológica.

The National Environment Policy (NEP) is a multi-sectoral instrument whose vision is to reach environmental sustainability for the Republic of Mauritius and to ensure a clean and healthy environment. The specific objectives to be attained in this field include the following: Conservation of Environmental Resources; integration of environmental concerns in economic and social development; development of environmental ethics in citizens. The policy recognizes the right of every person to a clean and healthy environment.

El presente Reglamento tiene por objeto regular en lo específico las disposiciones de la Ley de Catastro del Estado de Quintana Roo, fijar las normas de funcionamiento de la actividad catastral en el Estado, establecer los mecanismos de coordinación necesarios con los ayuntamientos cuando así lo soliciten o en los términos de los convenios que al efecto se celebren para proporcionar a éstos, así como establecer los flujos de información necesaria para la consolidación y conservación del Sistema de Información Catastral del Estado.

This Act allows the Department of Agriculture to establish agricultural preserves, contains rules governing administration and establishment of preserves, grants authority to the Department to enter into contracts with landowners to limit the use of agricultural land for preservation purposes and provides for relief from the provisions of such contracts.The following lands may be included in an agricultural reserve: (a) land devoted to recreational use; (b) a wildlife habitat area; and (c) a submerged area.

This Law, consisting of 4 Chapters, establishes the legal regime for the land regulation regarding the rural public lands and occupied territories within the area of the Legal Amazonas. It concerns the different uses of land within the above mentioned area, such as: concession, possession, free land use, etc. This Law is divided as follows: General Provisions (Chap. I); Land Regulation in Rural Area (Chap. II); Land Regulation in Urban Area (Chap. III); Final Provisions (Chap. IV).

El presente Acuerdo modifica el reglamento para otorgar el bono de titulación destinado a financiar la formalización y perfeccionamiento de las escrituras de traspaso de dominio del inmueble, respecto al proceso de selección y calificación de los postulantes para el bono.

This Act provides rules relative to good agricultural practice and in particular rules for the use of agricultural land and aiming at its development and preservation. Furthermore, the Act provides for administrative instruments to ensure a sound agricultural development and the marketing of agricultural products.
