This Law sets forth the legal basis for the establishment and activities of dekhkan farm and is aimed at creating favorable conditions for the development of this economic activity. Dehkan farm shall be subject of entrepreneurship performing production, storage, processing and trade of agricultural commodities; the aforesaid activities are based on the personal labor of one person or joint activity of a group of individuals on a land plot and property belonging thereto.

El presente Acuerdo reglamenta el Subsidio Integral de Reforma Agraria (SIRA), en cuanto a sus generalidades, sujetos de atención, predios a adquirir, proyecto productivo y procedimiento para su otorgamiento. El presente Acuerdo únicamente se aplicará cuando no existan las zonas rurales con intervenciones integrales para promover el desarrollo rural, o cuando existiendo no sea viable la asignación del subsidio al interior de ellas. El SIRA será equivalente al valor de la Unidad Agrícola Familiar (UAF), fijada en función de la evaluación técnica y financiera del proyecto productivo.

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedures for and the modalities of calculation of the amount of reimbursement of loss of agricultural commodities in the course of transfer of agricultural land to other categories of land and use of the aforesaid reimbursement for land conversion, drainage of cultivated land, soil improvement and survey work with a view of soil fertility improvement. Annex 1 contains calculation formula and rates of reimbursement.

This Article of the Agriculture and Markets Law of New York provides for sale of agricultural liming materials. "Agricultural liming material" is defined as all materials and all calcium and magnesium products in the oxide, hydrate, carbonate or silicate form or combinations thereof and intended for use in the correction of soil acidity, including such forms of material designated as burned lime, hydrated lime, carbonate of lime, agricultural limestone, slag and marl.

Article 33 of the Land Code (No. 2768-III of 2001) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land plots allotted for smallholding can be transferred by citizens for tenancy by legal entities of Ukraine and used by them for agricultural commodity production, farming without changing the specific use of these land plots”. Article 93 of the Land Code (No. 2768-III of 2001) shall be amended to add the following wording: “The term of lease of agricultural land for agricultural commodity production, farming and smallholding cannot be less than 7 years”. These Measures, consisting of 15 Articles, are formulated in order to strengthen the administration of administrative area boundaries at all levels in the autonomous region.The civil administration departments of the people's governments at all levels are the competent authorities for the management of administrative area boundaries. The governments of the two sides adjacent to the administrative boundaries shall not approve immigration, reclamation or all production activities harmful to the ecological environment at certain distances on both sides of the administrative boundaries.

The Jamaica National Environmental Action Plan (JANEAP) is a national Plan with a multi-sectoral approach. The duration of the Plan is 3 years between 1999 and 2002. The main objective of the Plan is to ensure good environmental planning and management to contribute to the sustainable development.Regarding the biological resources, forestry, watershed management, protected areas and oceans the Plan provides for different actions to be taken. A Fisheries Management Plan and an Ocean and Coastal Zone Policy will be prepared and implemented.

The present Regulations are mande under the Provincial Lands Act, 2016. In particular, the Regulations provide for use and ownership of agricultural land in the Province of Saskatchewan. Furthermore, the Regulations address the issue of foreign ownership, sale of provincial land, agricultural leases, leases for oil and gas development or mineral development.

The Rural Land Use Policy for Fiji is a national policy with a multi-sectoral approach. The general principle of this Policy is to determine responsibilities of the State, landowners and land users in the fields of sustainable rural development, land management, protection of natural resources, having regard to biophysical, cultural, social and commercial factors.Technical, institutional and legal framework will be strengthened and assessment will be carried out on agricultural land, pastures and forests to ensure efficient land use.

El Plan de Acción Nacional de Lucha contra la Desertificación y la Sequía en Colombia es un instrumento de alcance nacional cuyo objetivo general es adelantar acciones contra la degradación de tierras, desertificación y mitigación de los efectos de la sequía, así como para el manejo sostenible de los ecosistemas de las zonas secas, a partir de la aplicación de medidas prácticas que permitan prevenir, detener y revertir dichos procesos degradativos y contribuir al desarrollo sostenible de las zonas afectadas.

Le présent arrêté fixe, en application des articles Lp. 402, 406, 413, 432 et 441 du code agricole et pastoral de la Nouvelle-Calédonie: le contrat-type, auquel tout contrat de bail rural doit se conformer; le barème des loyers minima et maxima; les clauses environnementales pouvant être incluses dans les baux ruraux ; l'indemnité due au preneur sortant pour les bâtiments et les ouvrages incorporés au sol; la surface maximale pouvant être reprise par le bailleur en vue de la construction d'une maison d'habitation.

These Regulations amend the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Regulations 2015 by substituting new Form 3 for the equivalent form prescribed in the principal Regulations. Schedule 3 sets out a notice of a property to let on an Assured Tenancy or an Assured Agricultural occupancy. Amendments have been made to reflect the new ground for possession under section 8 of the Housing Act 1988, ground 7B, which was introduced by section 41 of the Immigration Act 2016.
