La presente Ley establece el marco normativo que rige la estructura, organización y funcionamiento del Catastro Territorial de la Provincia de Córdoba. Entre los principios rectores cabe destacar el principio de apertura, en virtud del cual los datos catastrales son públicos y, en la medida que los medios técnicos lo permitan, deben ser accesibles en formatos electrónicos abiertos que faciliten su procesamiento por medios automáticos o por consulta directa de los antecedentes documentales, conforme lo disponga la Dirección General de Catastro.

This Order sets forth the procedure for performance of normative monetary valuation of agricultural land (arable land, perennial plantations, hayfields, pastures and layland) and and non-agricultural lands incorporated in agricultural land areas. As a result of the normative monetary valuation of agricultural land within a specific district, technical documentation on the normative monetary valuation of agricultural land is drawn up.

La presente Ley Orgánica de Tierras Rurales y Territorios Ancestrales, tiene por objeto normar el uso y acceso a la propiedad de la tierra rural, el derecho a la propiedad de la misma que deberá cumplir la función social y la función ambiental. Regula la posesión, la propiedad, la administración y redistribución de la tierra rural como factor de producción para garantizar la soberanía alimentaria, mejorar la productividad, propiciar un ambiente sustentable y equilibrado, y otorgar seguridad jurídica a los titulares de derechos.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Lease payment for plots of agricultural land shall be calculated with application of index 0, 3 percent”.

Amends: Regional Law No. 756-oz “On the modalities of calculation of lease payment, modalities and terms of payment of thereof for lease of land plots of public land”. (2010-02-03)

The High Level Forum on Foreign Direct Investments in Land in Africa, representing African governments, Members of Parliament, traditional leaders, private sector, civil society and other stakeholders, met in Nairobi, Kenya from 4 to 5 October, 2011. They resolve to work in close consultation with governments, parliaments, Regional Economic Communities (RECs), private sector, traditional leaders, civil society, development partners and other stakeholders to promote alternative land based investment models.

Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Owners and tenants, including leaseholders, of land plots must comply with the provisions and requirements in the sphere of ensuring agricultural land fertility”.

Article 7.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Owners, possessors, tenants, including lease holders, of agricultural land plots with area of 100 ha and over with a view of conservation and reproduction of soil fertility shall ensure planting of no less than 10 percent of total area with legume grasses”.

This Act provides rules concerning how property passes on a person‘s death. This includes reforms which relate to the rectification of wills; the effect of divorce, dissolution or annulment on a will or special destination; and the revival of a revoked will. It concerns, among other things, survivorship, the provision of new rules where there is uncertainty about the order of death, forfeiture, estate administration, protections for trustees and executors in certain circumstances and for persons acquiring title in good faith.

Article 18 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Transfer of precious agricultural land plots to other land categories shall be authorized if the aforesaid agricultural land plots are destined for location of federal, regional and municipal structures in accordance with land-use planning documentation”.

This Act brings about a comprehensive reform of the law relating to land rights and land planning and management in Scotland.

Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Urban land destined for urban and peri-urban agriculture without constructions thereon and allotted to agricultural organization or peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) land tenure or hereditary life-long possession shall be purchased in ownership by the aforesaid categories of natural and legal persons at the cost of 15 percent of cadastre value of the plot of land at the date of submittal of the application”.

This Decree, consisting of 53 articles divided into eight Parts, regulates State Land Lease or Concession. It determines the principles, procedures, and measures regarding granting of state land for lease or concession with the aim to ensure the uniform management and use throughout the country, to boost the development of state land, to turn land into capital, to promote the investment for cash crop production and for services, and to build income for the state budget.
