La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer las acciones, normas, y procedimientos para el manejo del fuego, prevención y lucha contra incendios, en áreas rurales y forestales e interface (donde se conjugan parte rural e infraestructura) en el ámbito del territorio de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. La Ley asimismo define las competencias de los Municipios (tales como elaborar los Planes Locales de Prevención contra incendios Forestales o Rurales) y crea el Fondo de Prevención y Lucha contra Incendios en Áreas Forestales y/o Rurales.

This Regulation determines the necessary quality and monitoring requirements for the water (surface, underground and waste waters) intended for agricultural crops irrigation on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.This text further sets the criteria and indicators for irrigation water quality assessment, also aimed to prevent the damage caused by hydro-technical facilities engaged in irrigation related activities (possible adverse impacts of irrigation water or waterworks); rules for areas identified as vulnerable zones; maintenance of land and soil in good agricultural and environment

La presente Ley establece el marco normativo que rige la estructura, organización y funcionamiento del Catastro Territorial de la Provincia de Córdoba. Entre los principios rectores cabe destacar el principio de apertura, en virtud del cual los datos catastrales son públicos y, en la medida que los medios técnicos lo permitan, deben ser accesibles en formatos electrónicos abiertos que faciliten su procesamiento por medios automáticos o por consulta directa de los antecedentes documentales, conforme lo disponga la Dirección General de Catastro.

This Decree, consisting of 14 articles, regulates item V of the caput of art. 17 of Law 8,629 of 25 February 1993, providing for the settlement credits within the agrarian reform programme. It is incumbent upon the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform - INCRA to grant the concession of the settlement credits provided for in this Decree. The concession of the settlement credits will be issued by a federal financial institution contracted by INCRA for this purpose, with no bidding.

La presente Ley de protección de suelos y control de erosión, tiene por objeto establecer las normas especiales referentes a la protección de suelos y al control de la erosión y la vigilancia del cumplimiento de las mismas por parte del Instituto Nicaragüense de Recursos Naturales y del Ambiente (IRENA). Se declara de Interés Público y Beneficio Social la conservación de los suelos, cualquiera que sea el régimen de propiedad al que se encuentren sometidos.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Lease payment for plots of agricultural land shall be calculated with application of index 0, 3 percent”.

The High Level Forum on Foreign Direct Investments in Land in Africa, representing African governments, Members of Parliament, traditional leaders, private sector, civil society and other stakeholders, met in Nairobi, Kenya from 4 to 5 October, 2011. They resolve to work in close consultation with governments, parliaments, Regional Economic Communities (RECs), private sector, traditional leaders, civil society, development partners and other stakeholders to promote alternative land based investment models.

Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Owners and tenants, including leaseholders, of land plots must comply with the provisions and requirements in the sphere of ensuring agricultural land fertility”.

Article 7.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Owners, possessors, tenants, including lease holders, of agricultural land plots with area of 100 ha and over with a view of conservation and reproduction of soil fertility shall ensure planting of no less than 10 percent of total area with legume grasses”.

This Act provides rules concerning how property passes on a person‘s death. This includes reforms which relate to the rectification of wills; the effect of divorce, dissolution or annulment on a will or special destination; and the revival of a revoked will. It concerns, among other things, survivorship, the provision of new rules where there is uncertainty about the order of death, forfeiture, estate administration, protections for trustees and executors in certain circumstances and for persons acquiring title in good faith.
