La presente Ley de protección de suelos y control de erosión, tiene por objeto establecer las normas especiales referentes a la protección de suelos y al control de la erosión y la vigilancia del cumplimiento de las mismas por parte del Instituto Nicaragüense de Recursos Naturales y del Ambiente (IRENA). Se declara de Interés Público y Beneficio Social la conservación de los suelos, cualquiera que sea el régimen de propiedad al que se encuentren sometidos.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Lease payment for plots of agricultural land shall be calculated with application of index 0, 3 percent”.

The High Level Forum on Foreign Direct Investments in Land in Africa, representing African governments, Members of Parliament, traditional leaders, private sector, civil society and other stakeholders, met in Nairobi, Kenya from 4 to 5 October, 2011. They resolve to work in close consultation with governments, parliaments, Regional Economic Communities (RECs), private sector, traditional leaders, civil society, development partners and other stakeholders to promote alternative land based investment models.

Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Owners and tenants, including leaseholders, of land plots must comply with the provisions and requirements in the sphere of ensuring agricultural land fertility”.

This Regional Act aims at the development of agro-forestry and pastoralism in Piemonte through the rational use of agricultural land. It lays down rules and measures applicable to abandoned and non-cultivated lands.

El presente Acuerdo Final para la Terminación del Conflicto y la Construcción de una Paz Estable y Duradera, refrendado por el Congreso el 30 de noviembre de 2016, está compuesto de una serie de acuerdos que sin embargo constituyen un todo indisoluble, porque están permeados por un mismo enfoque de derechos, para que las medidas aquí acordadas contribuyan a la materialización de los derechos constitucionales de los colombianos y colombianas.

This Act regulates the administration of Government land and land acquisition for public purposes. Further it establishes the procedure to be followed for such acquisition and provides for eviction from lands and properties which are either held or administered by the Government.

These Regulations amend the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Regulations 2015 by substituting new Forms 3, 4 and 5 for the equivalent forms prescribed in the principal Regulations. Amendments have also been made to regulation 3A (Review) of the principal Regulations which require the Secretary of State to review the operation and effect of the requirement to use the prescribed forms inserted by these Regulations (Forms Nos 3, 4 and 5) and publish a report.

These Measures, consisting of 20 Articles, aim to strengthen land management and regulation, strictly implement the land use control, and effectively protect arable land.The Measures provide for the requirements, procedures and rules to be satisfied for the preparation, issuance, implementation, supervision and assessment of the annual plans for land use.

El presente Decreto Supremo modifica el Reglamento del Régimen Temporal Extraordinario de Formalización y Titulación de Predios Rurales, para adaptarlo al proceso de descentralización en el contexto del cual corresponde asumir a los Gobiernos Regionales algunas funciones del Ministerio de Agricultura y Riego (MINAGRI), en materia de saneamiento físico legal y formalización y titulación de la propiedad agraria.
