The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the strengthening of the agricultural competitiveness, the balanced development of the national economy, and the preservation of the environment of national land through the stabilization of farmers' management and the improvement of productivity, by stipulating necessary matters for the ownership, utilization, preservation, etc. of farmland in order to utilize and manage farmland efficiently.

This Act regulates the administration of Government land and land acquisition for public purposes. Further it establishes the procedure to be followed for such acquisition and provides for eviction from lands and properties which are either held or administered by the Government.

These Regulations amend the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Regulations 2015 by substituting new Forms 3, 4 and 5 for the equivalent forms prescribed in the principal Regulations. Amendments have also been made to regulation 3A (Review) of the principal Regulations which require the Secretary of State to review the operation and effect of the requirement to use the prescribed forms inserted by these Regulations (Forms Nos 3, 4 and 5) and publish a report.

These Measures, consisting of 20 Articles, aim to strengthen land management and regulation, strictly implement the land use control, and effectively protect arable land.The Measures provide for the requirements, procedures and rules to be satisfied for the preparation, issuance, implementation, supervision and assessment of the annual plans for land use.

The present Poverty Reduction Strategy and Action Plan (PRSAP) 2007 provides the framework for poverty focused planning and budgeting in the short to medium term. Poverty reduction will be central to all sectoral development plans and the medium term expenditure framework. Part 3 defines the Overarching Policy Objective as follows: The overriding goal of the PRSAP is to reduce poverty by more than 50% by 2015 and then ultimately eradicate it by 2022.

The President, with a view of creating favorable conditions for the development of agro-ecotourism, improve living conditions of citizens in rural areas, small urban settlements and improvement of rural infrastructure, decrees that provision of services in the sphere of agro-ecotourism can be performed by natural persons permanently residing in single-family residential house or in a townhouse in rural areas or small urban areas, manufacturing agricultural commodities on agricultural land, or smallholders; or agricultural organizations.

En el marco de la Ley Nº 20.412, que introdujo un sistema de incentivos para la sustentabilidad agroambiental de los suelos agropecuarios, el presente Decreto fija la Tabla de Costos para el año 2017, que fija los valores de las actividades que se bonificarán. Asimismo se establecen especificaciones técnicas generales y los niveles mínimos técnicos de aquellas prácticas que correspondan, tales como prácticas de recuperación, incorporación de fertilizantes y otros métodos de intervención del suelo.

This Regulation sets the correct manner and necessary conditions (also financial issues, compensation and related fees) aimed at establishing and defining the right (legal and private entities) to build and to use the agricultural land, if owned by the Republic of Croatia (for the purpose of construction of agricultural buildings and establishing the easement of service agricultural on such agricultural land).This text further determines the role and related duties of the Croatian Agency for agricultural land.
