This decree declares that the state has reallocated 3721.2 acres of its privately owned land in the province of Aswan (Kom Ombo) for the benefit of the commission of development and use of renewable energy. The land will be used to create solar power stations using photovoltaic cells systems.

This Act, consisting of 9 sections completed by one Schedule, prescribes the amount of land tax payable in respect of the apportioned assessed land value in respect of any principal residence land, primary production land and general land.

This Law makes provision with respect to registration of title in land and effects of registration and provides for a wide variety of matters regarding specific title in land such as leases, charges, transfers, co-ownership and partition, trusts and transmission on death.The Law establishes a Land Register and requires the Governor to appoint a Land Registrar, the functions and powers of which are defined by this Law. The Land Register shall consist of a register of parcels adjudicated under the Land Adjudication Law and a register of each lease required by the Law to be registered.

This Decree amends the State Lands Act, originally titled “Crown Lands Act”, in section 6 by adding a subsection (6), which provides that any i Taukei land which is exchanged for portions of State land under subsection (3) must not be exchanged for portions of private freehold land under subsection. It also adds a new section (28a), which allows a person who is not a registered surveyor to be appointed as the Director of Lands.

These Regulations, made under section 128 of the Mines and Minerals Act, prescribe the operations which may be carried on under section 116 (4) of the Act. Such operations include breaking up the surface of any land for the purpose of collecting information on the geology and mineral resources of Malawi.

The present Regulation is enacted under the Real Property Act. In particular, the Regulation lists other financial institutions referred to in clause (c) of the definition “financial institution” in subsection 72(2) of the Act. The text consists of 4 sections.

The Land Parcel Identification System is the national identification system of exclusive state property, to be used in administrative procedures of area payments.

La presente Ley establece el marco normativo para las áreas de reserva territoriales del Estado de Guatemala, que están constituidas por aquellas áreas: contenidas en la faja terrestre de tres kilómetros a lo largo de los océanos, contadas a partir de la línea superior de las mareas; de doscientos metros alrededor de las orillas de los lagos; de cien metros a cada lado de las riberas de los ríos navegables; de cincuenta metros alrededor de las fuentes y manantiales donde las aguas surtan a las poblaciones.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the process for landowners and conservation organizations to protect private lands through conservation easements. For the pupose of the present Act a «a conservation easement» is the result of an agreement between a private landowner and a designated conservation organization. The easement places restrictions on the land for conservation purposes. The text consists of 18 sections.

The present Regulations are made under the Conservation Easement Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the designation of eligible bodies. Section 4 establishes that if the Minister is satisfied that an organization complies with the present Regulations, the Minister may approve the application and recommend to the Governor in Council that the organization be designated and that its name be added to Schedule “A”. This Decree provides for the content of the land use register which is a computerized data base. It consists of a land use sheet and a collection of documents. Part I of the land use sheet contains data regarding the land user, Part II contains information by plots. Articles 6-16/A lays down the rules of registration, while Articles 17-19/B provides for supplying of data from the register.

The territorial competence of land offices proceeding as real estate authority is set out in Annex 1 to this Decree.
