This Act defines powers and duties of Curator of Vacant Estates in respect of vacant estates and provides for the administration of such estates by the Curator.The Officer of the Curator of Vacant Estates is created under this Act and the Curator shall be appointed by the President. “Vacant Estates” shall comprise vacant successions and unclaimed property. The Curator shall act on the authority of a Vesting Order to be issued by a judge after procedures as prescribed by this Act have been completed.

Cette ordonnance porte refonte de l’ordonnance n° 62- 110 du 1er octobre 1962 sanctionnant l’abus de droit de propriété et prononçant le transfert à l’Etat des propriétés non exploitées. Tout propriétaire est tenu de mettre en exploitation, d’entretenir et d’utiliser les terres qu’il possède.

La presente Regla fue adoptada por la Comisión para la Regularización de la Tenencia de la Tierra (Corett) con el objeto de establecer los procedimientos a seguir para la enajenación de las superficies del Fondo de Tierra de la Corett, es decir aquellas tierras que han sido clasificadas como desocupadas y sin reclamante que pretenda tener derechos sobre las mismas.

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment Scheme (Set-aside) (Wales) Regulations 2005 in relation to the good agricultural and environmental conditions that apply to land set aside under the Single Payment Scheme for farmers enacted by force of Community legislation. The conditions and exemptions concern green cover, the setting aside of land for the control of weeds, use of pesticides and grazing.

The Act makes provisions in respect of powers and remedies given to lessors and landlords in case of any tenant deserting the demised premises, and leaving the same uncultivated or unoccupied, so as no sufficient distress can be had to countervail the arrears of rent. These powers and remedies are applicable in the case of tenants holding any lands, tenements, or hereditaments at a rack rent.

Les dispositions de la présente loi portent obligation, pour tout propriétaire d'un fonds de terre situé hors des agglomérations urbaines, conformément à sa vocation et selon le mode d'exploitation le plus approprié à la conservation et à la productivité du sol. Elles fixent les sanctions prévues en cas de refus d'obtemperer à cette obbligation.

Le présent décret fixe la composition de l'organe ad hoc ainsi que la procédure de mise en oeuvre de la constatation de la non exploitation des terres agricoles.

Modifié par: Décret exécutif n° 12-83 du 27 Rabie El Aouel 1433 correspondant au 20 février 2012 modifiant et complétant le décret exécutif nº 97-484 fixant la composition de l'organe ad hoc ainsi que la procédure de mise en oeuvre de la constatation de la non exploitation des terres agricoles. These Regulations provide for the establishment of Town Councils and define their duties and powers and internal organization.Councils are established by the Minister as a body corporate. Every Town Council shall appoint valuation officers for the valuation of land. Such officers shall be approved by the Minister and they shall make valuations of land and valuation rolls in accordance with these Regulations. There shall also be established in each area of a Town Council a Valuation Court. Transfer of land in the area of jurisdiction of a Town Council shall be notified.

The President, with a view of improvement of regulation of land relations and carrying out state control over land management and protection, decrees to set up land survey services within local executive bodies entrusted with the following functions: (a) state control over land management and protection, execution and quality control of land survey and land cadastre work; (b) expropriation and allotment of the plots of land; (c) enforcement of land legislation; (d) submittal to tax inspection of data related to land ownership by natural and legal persons; and (e) exposure of abandoned land.

This Order makes provisions for the control, management and disposal of property abandoned by persons who are not present in Bangladesh or who have ceased to occupy or supervise their property.All abandoned properties in Bangladesh shall vest in the Government and shall be administered, controlled, managed and disposed of, by transfer or otherwise, in accordance with the provisions of this Order.

This Act makes provision for the management of estates of a person who disappears without making provision for the administration of his or her estate. Relatives may apply to court for an order which appoints a manager for the estate of the missing person. The Act also makes provision for matters relating to administration and management of the estates such as powers of the manager and control of its operation, appointment of agents and intervention by the Administrator General.

This Regional Act makes provision on the preservation and restoration of non cultivated and abandoned lands falling within mountain territories in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Further it aims at the prevention of forest fires and dissemination of pests harmful to animal and human health.
