This Act grants power to the President to certify the reissue of a grant of lease of State lands which was destroyed or lost. The President may require the lands in respect of which a certificate is applied for to be surveyed and the certificate shall be registered in the office of the Registrar General.
This Act makes provision for the registration of alienators having the right to negotiate negotiation of alienation of land of custom owners and the registration of mortgages on alienated land. Furthermore the Act provides for various matters relative to negotiation of land and consequences of alienation. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Land Reform Act, Cap.
This Act makes provision with respect to agreements on the fencing of land and actual fencing. This Act shall apply to such areas as the Minister may, by statutory notice, declare.
The present Act lays down provisions relating to the: a) the installation and the tracking of cadastral survey forming the basis for the introduction and description of each property in the Land Registry; b) the documentation of the public private ownership restrictions.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to land survey in Hamburg. Article 1 of the afore-mentioned Law establishes that the tasks of surveying bodies are the establishment, management and delivery of geo-data including the necessary surveying work.
This Regional Law regulates relations concerning turnover of agricultural land within plenary powers pertaining to the jurisdictional competence of the regional administration. Minimum land area of agricultural land plots authorized for transactions shall be equivalent to average district land share.
This Act imposes a duty on the registration of: deeds of transfer of property including immovable property and including: (a) a notice witnessing the compulsory acquisition of property under the Land Acquisition Act; (b) a deed of transfer under the Land (Duties and Taxes) Act 1984.
This Decree is composed of 3 articles.
There shall be maintained in Port Vila a Land Records Office in which shall be kept a register to be known as the Land Leases Register. A Director of Land Records shall be appointed under section 3. The Director shall prepare a survey plan for each parcel of land in accordance with section 10. Effects of registration are defined in section 14 and following.
Item 4 of the Article 25.2 of the Federal Law No. 122-FZ on state registration of immovable property and its transactions shall acquire a new wording: “4.
Paragraph one of the Article 10 shall acquire a new wording: “Agricultural land lease contract concluded for the period exceeding three years shall be registered at the local land cadastre office”.
