Toute personne, tout groupement informel d'ayants droit, se disant détenteur de droits sur le Domaine Foncier Rural coutumier, doit faire constater ces droits dans les délais prescrits par la loi n° 98-750. Le constat est effectué au terme d'une enquête officielle réalisée aux frais du demandeur selon les modalités déterminées par les dispositions du présent décret.

Les concessionnaires à titre provisoire de terres du Domaine Foncier Rural sont tenus, sauf à y renoncer, de consolider leurs droits ainsi qu'il est précisé par les dispositions du présent décret.

These Guidelines establish the modalities of the calculation of damage caused to atmosphere, land and water resources by chemicals, regulate calculation of payment for the compensation of damage caused to land by oil pollution and shall be applicable to all land categories.

This Guideline lays down technical criteria for valuating trees in agricultural lands and meadows expropriated or temporarily taken into possession for public interest. It establishes separate procedures for different types of trees such as olives, vineyards and fruit trees.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Timber Resources Management Act, 1997 with respect to the granting of timber rights and related matters and regulate the calculation and payment of stumpage fees and the registration and use of chainsaws.The Regulations set out the procedures for the inventory and reservation of specified lands for timber utilization.

This Regulation lays down rules governing urban planning. It is composed of six Chapters: (I) Types, content and procedures of urban planning; (II) Rules and conditions of urban planning; (III) Roads outside residence areas and constructions alongside; (IV) Rules for designing and planning water pipelines; (V) Role and tasks of the Urban Planning and Studies Institute; (VI) Urban symbols.

The Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of keeping the state land cadastre containing data on land classification, dimensions and boundaries of the plots of land, land registration and valuation. Data of the state land cadastre shall be used for land use planning and land protection, land transactions and land valuation.

The Ministerial Decree regulates mortgage of the plots of land and traditional land rights related to land based credits. Plots of land in private ownership, land rights and shares of a plot of land in joint ownership or in joint land tenure can be mortgaged.

This Regulation defines the procedure for leasing State agricultural and forestry lands, pastures and meadows. It consists of three Parts: (I) Designation, assessment and classification of State agricultural lands to be leased; (II) Establishment and functioning of the board for renting State agricultural lands; (III) Lease payment methods.

Non-divided lands administered by the General Directorate of Forests and Pastures and distributed according to Law No. 8047 of 1995 on the administration of refused lands shall be transferred to the administration of the communes or municipalities councils. The Regulation sets forth priority criteria for distributing land.

These Regulations provide for the grant of permits for activities in prescribed areas in the sense of section 9 of the Natural Resources Conservation Authority Act and the grant of licences in accordance with section 12 of the same Act for existing facilities.

These Rules outline requirements for and procedures of notification of appeal and appeal with the Tribunal against enforcement notices pursuant to provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act.
