These Regulations implement provisions of the Foreshore and Land Reclamation Act in relation with an application for a licence to the removal substances from the foreshore of any island or islet. The Regulations specify procedures for application, provide the form of licence and require fees to be paid for a licence application.
This Decree specifies circumstances in which the Office for the Administration of Agricultural Land may allocate agricultural land in leasehold pursuant to article 57, first comma, of the Agricultural Land Transaction Act. The circumstances include succession and expansion of the farm.

The present Ordinance enforces, inter alia, the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 June 1979. Article 1 establishes that the Executive Council shall adopt a coordination plan as cantonal structure plan according to the Federal Land Use Planning Act.
