The present Regulations are made under the Heritage Places Protection Act. For the purpose of the present Regulation “Board” means the Heritage Places Advisory Board, established by section 3 of the Act; and “Commission” means the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission created pursuant to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. I-11.

This Act amends five points of the Act on conditions of converting agricultural and forest lands from ownership of the state to other persons and amending Act on the Land fund of the Czech Republic. In particular, the Act amends conditions of selling agricultural land and forest land to self-employed farmers, land owners, corporate partners, members of cooperate bodies and beneficiaries.

The Guideline No. 2 of 2010 lays down methods for the verification and examination of the legal validity of the agricultural land ownership titles by the local commissions established for such purpose. The verifications are done for requests submitted by the local offices of immovable property registration offices and the land protection and administration units at the regional council.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in respect of Wales in Schedule 2 which confers permitted development rights in respect of certain development. A new part of that Schedule provides permitted development rights for the installation of specified types of microgeneration equipment on or within the curtilage of dwellinghouses or flats.

This Act provides for the administration of estates of persons that die intestate. When a person dies intestate leaving any real property of whatsoever nature of which the intestate might have disposed of by will, such real property shall for the purposes of ad ministration be deemed to be part of the personal estate of the said intestate and shall be administered accordingly.
