The Austrian Federal Government (German: Österreichische Bundesregierung) is a collective body that exercises executive power in the Republic of Austria. It is composed of the Chancellor, who is leader of the government, the Vice-Chancellor, and senior ministers. The President and the Government together form the executive branch of Austria.

The present Law introduces some amendments to the IPPC Hazardous Installation Law (LGBl. No. 20/2001). In particular, the Law rewords the title of the afore-mentioned Law as follows: “Law on obligations of operators to protect the environment”. Furthermore, the Law adds Part 4 on Environmental liability, and article 1 on Transitional provisions concerning environmental liability.

Law amending the Tyrol Farmland Requirement Law 1996.
The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Farmland Requirement Law 1996 (LGBl. No. 74). In particular, the Law adds a paragraph 5 to article 33 dealing with the intrinsic value of an agricultural community plots; furthermore, the text amends, inter alia, article 40 concerning issuing of building authorization on behalf of the competent authority. The text consists of 3 articles.

Vorarlberg Geo-Data Infrastructure Law.
The present Law implements the Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). In particular, the purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Vorarlberg and surroundings with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment.
