The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

Regional Law No. 605-OZ “On some issues of allotment in ownership of public or municipal land plots”.

This Regional Law establishes that public or municipal land plot can be allotted free of charge on condition of tenancy for maximum period of six year for residential housing construction or family farming to certain categories of agricultural specialists (list of professions included).

Regional Law No. 229-OD “On grounds for refusal of validation of cadastre registration of land plots”.

This Regional Law establishes the following cases for the refusal of cadastre registration of land plots: (a) unavailability of data attesting the rights of the applicant to constructions and edifices located on land plots for which cadastre scheme has been drafted; (b) availability of irregularities and violations of the mandatory requirements of land legislation; and (c) difference of submitted data from already inserted in the unified state register of rights to immovable property.

Le présent décret approuve et rend exécutoire le Schéma directeur d’urbanisme de la ville de Koury et environs, pour une durée de vingt (20) ans, de 2010 à 2029.L’application du Schéma Directeur fera l’objet d’études de Plans d’urbanisme Sectoriels (P.U.S.) et de plans de détails selon la programmation prévue dans le document. Ces plans ne peuvent pas modifier les grandes orientations du Schéma Directeur d’Urbanisme. Le Schéma Directeur d’Urbanisme est révisable tous les cinq (5) ans, selon les exigences du développement social et économique de la ville de Koury et environs.

La presente Resolución modifica el Reglamento General de Registros de Títulos, con el objeto de regular el funcionamiento de la Dirección Nacional de Registro de Títulos y los Registros de Títulos, así como el procedimiento y la forma en que se registran los derechos reales inmobiliarios de conformidad con la Ley de Registro Inmobiliario.

This Regional Law regulates relations originating in the process of establishment of cultural value of the objects of cultural heritage. The aforesaid process shall entail the following steps: (a) examination of the application for insertion of an object of cultural heritage in the register; (b) establishment of cultural value of an on object of cultural heritage; and (c) decision by the competent authority on insertion of the object of cultural heritage in the register of the objects of cultural heritage.
