The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento para la delimitación y mantenimiento de fajas marginales de los cauces de agua naturales o artificiales, que tiene por objeto establecer las metodologías y criterios aplicables para la delimitación de las fajas marginales de los cauces de agua naturales o artificiales.
Décret n ° 2016-1153 du 28 décembre 2016 relatif au zonage agro-industriel dans la filière coton.
Le présent décret détermine les règles relatives au zonage agro-industriel dans la filière coton. Il s’agit du découpage de la zone de production du coton en zones exclusives d'activités (ZEA) et en Zones de Développement du Coton (ZDC). Les limites géographiques des ZEA et des ZDC sont définies, conformément au découpage administratif, dans la Carte du zonage agro-industriel dans la filière figurant en annexe 1 au présent décret.
Regional Law No. 1938-OZ "On village chiefs".
This Regional Law establishes legal grounds for the operation of village chiefs as a form of public participation in local government. The scope of election of village chief shall be realization of decisions adopted by local government. Public official cannot be elected village chief.
Regional Law No. 109-ZRT “On transfer to local government of state plenary powers related to governance of land plots with undelimited public ownership”.
This Regional Law transfers to local government plenary powers for governance of land plots with undelimited public ownership pertaining to categories of urban land and inhabited rural areas. The aforesaid plenary powers shall be transferred to local government for the period of five years.
Regional Law No. 141-OD amending Regional Law No. 617-OD “On radiation safety”.
Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Radiation assessment results shall be annually inserted in radiation and hygienic certificates of the organizations and the territory”.
