This Resolution adds the paragraph (d) to article 3 of Resolution 302 concerning requirements and conditions for obtaining licences for the division of marine lands (submerged) for construction and reconstruction as the following: (a) landowners shall apply requests to municipal authorities for a license to bury and fill up marine lands (submerged); (b) landowners after obtaining licenses must build a barrier to resist against waves; (c) the final surface of lands shall be above the level of zero-based in Bahrain, including at least 2 meters; (d) landowners shall notify the municipal author

This Act concerns the classification, declaration, construction, maintenance and control of public roads and some related matters such as the restriction on the discharge of water and other liquids from private lands onto public roads, the duty of owners of adjoining land in relation with vegetation, restriction on the removal of sand from coastal areas in the vicinity of public roads and the (compulsory) acquisition of land by the Minister and exchange of land for purposes of this Act.

This Act makes provision for the protection of the foreshore. It places restrictions on the removal of sand, stones, shingle or gravel from a beach and the fouling of the seashore. Removal of material with a motor vehicle requires a permit issued by the Permanent Secretary to the Minister responsible for beach protection matters and works or by any person acting under his or her authority and shall be subject to such terms and conditions as are stipulated in the permit.

This Ministerial Decision is composed of 10 articles. Coastal setbacks are defined as verges free of construction development along the Omani Coast (art. 1). Setback limits along the coasts are measured from the mean high water mark (art. 5). These limits vary according to the coastal environment: natural coasts characterized by scenic views including high cliffs and rocky peaks have a setback of 300m; sandy beaches and coves have a setback of 150m; and beaches where construction developments have limited environmental impact have a setback of 50m (art. 7).

This Act makes provision for flood and coastal erosion risk management in England and Wales. It requires national and local strategies for this purpose to be developed for England and for Wales and The Environment Agency must report to the Minister about flood and coastal erosion risk management. It shall also establish a Regional Flood and Coastal Committee for each region it has identified for purposes of management. The Minister may amend selected legislation for purposes of giving effect to this Act.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Foreshore and Land Reclamation Act in relation with an application for a licence to the removal substances from the foreshore of any island or islet. The Regulations specify procedures for application, provide the form of licence and require fees to be paid for a licence application.

Sea Beaches (Removal of Sand and Stone) (Jersey) Law 1963.

This Law provides for the protection of sea beaches, whether composed of rock or sand, in Jersey from unauthorized removal of materials. A licence for such activity shall be obtained from the Minister for Planning and Environment. A licence may be granted subject to such conditions as the Minister for Planning and Environment may think fit to impose.

These Regulations relate to agreements between access authorities and owners and occupiers of land with respect to access land as provided for by the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 and the Marine Coastal Access Act 2009. Access may be required by authorities to carry out works. The Regulations provide for the period within which, and the manner in which, appeals under section 38(1) of the 2000 Act and paragraph 4 of Schedule 20 to the 2009 Act are to be brought, and also make provision for the advertising of those appeals and for the appeal procedures.
