The present Regulation is made under the Land Titles Act, 2015. In particular, the Regulation provides for the correct and efficient enforcement of the aforementioned Act. Section 1 establishes that a Yukon First Nation is eligible to apply to bring its settlement land under the Act and have a certificate of title issued for that land if its final agreement or selfgovernment agreement provides that the Act applies to its settlement land registered in the land titles office.
