La presente Ley tiene por objeto la prevención y lucha contra incendios en zonas rurales, para lo cual se organizará un Servicio Provincial de Lucha contra Incendios (art. 2º). La autoridad de aplicación se encargará de elaborar un Plan Integral de Prevención y Lucha contra Incendios (art. 3º).

La presente Ley tiene como finalidad la conservación del suelo agrícola, entendiéndose por tal el mantenimiento y mejoramiento de su capacidad productiva. El Poder Ejecutivo provincial establecerá regiones o áreas de suelos erosionados a efectos de la aplicación del régimen de conservación de los suelos previsto por las presentes normas.

This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties in Minas Gerais State: “Fazenda Rio do Peixe", in the Municipality of Veríssimo; "Fazenda Grota do Escuro", in the Municipality of Juvenília; "Fazenda Sidamar", in the Municipality of Prata. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.

The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.

Por el presente Decreto queda aprobada la reglamentación de la Ley provincial Nº 1.354, relativa a la prevención y lucha contra incendios en zonas rurales. La reglamentación está contenida en el anexo adjunto, el cual se compone de los siguientes capítulos: (I) Del servicio de lucha contra incendios; (II) Del Plan provincial de picadas cortafuegos; (III) De las quemas prescriptas; (IV) De las sanciones aplicables.
